It was excellent. Property exactly as described. Everything in good order, neat, tidy, and homey. Owner was accessible in case of any questions, but we had none. Definitely on our list to return. Thank you for a great experience!

Great location, very very clean, host was timely with communications. Only issue was street in front of house was CLOSED due to construction. Access to house from backyard was very unsafe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage for many reasons but the top two were the outstanding location and the perfect front porch with amazing views of Lake Charlevoix and the sunsets! The cottage itself was super charming with furnishings that were vintage/resale. All of the beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom provided enough space for us to have our dog bed on the floor as well. We absolutely loved the location of the cottage relative to the town. I walked our dog into town every morning to get coffee and then we continually made walking trips throughout the day to eat, shop, and just enjoy downtown Boyne City. When not in the lake or walking into town, we spent a great deal of time relaxing on the front porch, enjoying the gorgeous view of Lake Charlevoix over the marina and the sunsets each evening. I'm hoping we can book this cottage again for next summer or sooner!

What a sweet cottage, great location and beautiful sunsets! The house was very clean and was perfect for 4 adults. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and looking out at the marina and beautiful lake. It was an easy walk into town for dining and farmers market. There was a local grocery store that had everything we needed. The house was well stocked with paper goods and basics. Our wonderful host was very accommodating and responsive.

Lovely spot! Able.to walk to town and beach and to running trails. Cottage was spotless and adorable. Cant wait to go back!
