Stay was amazing! Room was great and clean! Front desk staff was the friendliest and most helpful ever. Breakfast staff was so polite and helpful...they took our dirty dishes, refilled coffee and was very attentive. We will be back!!

My stay overall was good but the staff at check in was very rude and she double charge me for my room. Making me never wanting to stay with this hotel chain again or even recommend it to anyone.

Staff was really nice. They gave us an accessible room because the room we booked wasn’t available. Walls are paper thin I could hear my neighbors tv through the wall… word for word. The pools at these Fairfield’s are absolute garbage, always cold, compact, and freezing.

Very clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast attendant was always there refilling items as needed. I slept a bit hot but that I believe possibly that was a me issue and not them. I would stay again and recommend this hotel. If needing a place to eat Mary Jane’s Bourbon and Smokehouse is maybe a 5 mile drive, highly recommend!

Went to the breakfast bar three times and it was nothing in there. Coffee was out water all over the floor from the pool area down the hallways.

Hotel is new and very nice. I gave four stars for cleanliness only because my bathtub was not clean. It had soap scum on it, But someone came up right away and cleaned. It looks great. I would recommend.

Nice hotel 2nd time staying there but both times staying there people complain about t v being too loud the walls must be paper thin don't think i will stay here again people that was complaining were down in lobby having a party earlier in the evening smh won't stay again

This is a new hotel, 2024, and is absolutely beautiful as far as hotels go. The layout works. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have tubs. This was a normal two bed room. There were a lot of guests present at the time, yet the hotel remained pleasantly quiet.

Elevators were both out of order at checkout. Had to carry our luggage down from third floor and I am handicapped… Room and staff were otherwise very good.

We had a room on the first floor, it was very nice, well appointed. Very comfortable. The check in staff girl was very efficient and knowledgeable about the local area and places to eat. Breakfast was above and beyond what we expected. Thanks for a great stay!!
