Hello, You are looking at an awesome trailer that is brand new with a TON of amenities and FULLY STOCKED. First off, this trailer is really light and easy to pull and could potentially sleep up to 10 adults! ***3500 Watt portable generator Included*** (renter must reimburse for gas used) It has everything you need from fresh linens, pillows, utensils, cooking oils/spices, coffee/waffle maker to lawn chairs and a BUNCH in between! It also has an outdoor enclosed mini fridge (for use when hooked up to shore power/generator) for the convenience of not having to come inside the trailer for your favorite cold beverages and or cooking/bbq type sauces. This couples well with the detachable outdoor griddle (which runs off of a propane line that is plumbed directly underneath the cook station), perfect for making breakfasts/lunches/and dinners all while enjoying your surroundings outside! This is a NEW unit and we have loaded it up with a ton of goodies so all you need to bring is your family/friends, personal items, food/beverages, and have a GREAT TIME! NO PETS/NO SMOKING allowed inside the unit. Unit must be returned in a "clean" condition defined as: - no dirt/mud on floors - counters are wiped down and free of stains - dishes/utensils/pots pans cleaned and put away - shower sprayed down and free of debris - all used linens from beds/towels to be placed in large black trash bags (provided under cabin front) and left in walkway. - ***Trailer black and grey tanks must be emptied before returning (at renters expense). All adapters for dumping and flushing are supplied. The black tank has a Sani-flush valve to help eliminate waste from the tank. Renter responsible for all damages accrued while towing/parking/camping/ or moving trailer while under trailer contract time frames. HOST RULES: -All damage done to RV will be noted before hand and supplied to the new renter. -Any new damage acquired to the RV both inside and out will be the responsibility of the new renter and or insurance (including anything inside/outside and or attached or assigned to the unit). -Any damage to the RV by the current renter must be made available/presented to the host at the time of the incident, most recent available time but before being returned so that accommodations/decisions can be made concerning the vehicle’s condition before the renter leaves from the drop off location. -NO SMOKING/NO PETS allowed in the RV at any time. -Excessive mud/dirt build up on the outside of the unit upon return which would require the use of a high-pressure hose and or pressure washer for removal, will cause the renter to lose a minimum of %30 of his/her deposit. -All dishes, containers, eatery ware to include pots and pans must be washed and returned to their original location before the rental is returned at drop off. -All sinks/showers/tubs/microwave/refrigerator/stove top and oven shall be free of debris and wiped down before the rental is returned at drop off. -Any pet hair/ and or smoking / found in the unit will cause the renter to lose a minimum of %100 of his /her deposit. -All bedding used must be stripped and placed in large black plastic bags (provided and found under front cargo storage area), and left in walkway when the rental is dropped off. -Outdoor fridge and stove/grill top must be wiped down and in presentable condition upon being dropped off. -All items that are shown/described in features and or pictures must be returned to their original location. Any damaged/missing items will accrue a replacement fee at a minimum of %200 of the purchased value. -***SWAY control must be used at all times while the RV is being moved and attached to the rental vehicle. Hitch with appropriate ball adapters for both the tow hitch and sway bar will be provided by the host. (Host and renter will sign a copy of the above before unit will be able to be towed by new renter)
