Customer service was good. The only complaint I had was the absence of a fridge and that the hot water took a few mins to get hot.

Renewed, clean , nice staff, ok for a layover night

The property is well-maintained and the staff makes you feel right at home. From the check-in ready to help the personnel was always professional. From the breakfast room, Jessica made sure we all had everything ready to go. Mairelys the supervisor specials made sure my coffee was as hot as I liked it. Great service and wonderful stay.

I’m shocked that this hotel can be in the Hilton lineup, it’s probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, there were hairs on the towels and in the shower stuck to the walls and on the floors. There were people in the garden area that were out there all night listen to music on a speaker. The air conditioner was so loud it sounded like there was something wrong with it. The surrounding neighborhood is scary to say the least, and the parking was very limited. The breakfast was pretty dismal, they offer no protein options, no eggs, no yogurts etc, just bread, bagels, and cereal, would it kill them to have just one single healthy option?? The overall condition of the property is just bad, everywhere you look there’s something that’s just sloppy, broken or dirty. I booked this because it was a Hilton by the airport, and I was just shocked! Does Hilton know about this disaster of a hotel?? Yikes! Stay away!

They charge fees that I don't even know what they are. The place was clean but the surroundings were very dirty. I waited about 15 minutes for the shower water to heat up.

Bathroom shower door broken. Almost fell on my wife. Pillows are ripped. Ask to speak to.a manager. No call back. Also super hot water only available in shower.

The Garden Hotel has beautiful scenery in the back courtyard of the hotel. The rooms are as advertised, and the hotel appears to be run well. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The only drawback is the front street view, and the complimentary breakfast was not offered. However, the staff applied a small refund for the inconvenience. I would stay here again.

Average property, get what you pay for. Our rooms weren't very clean and it had a musty smell from the humidity. It was okay for a one night stay, but wouldn't come back.

What an insult to offer a property like this to customers! Surely Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this building. If it is not condemned soon by the State, it should be. Perhaps the bulldozers are already lining up…

This place was in a very bad neighborhood. Has no elevator so had to drag 50lb suitcases up two flights of stairs. AC didn’t work so was very hot. The bathroom was tiny and the shower head was falling out of the wall..

Garden Hotel Miami offers bare-bones accommodation which is adequate as someplace to stay for a few days.

Loved it was clean fresh everyone was so nice . Everyone speaks Spanish though some spoke a little bit of English. Overall good place to stay . I will stay again here. Also less then 8min to the airport

I liked it because it was very close to the airport, and it was affordable price for a person who got stuck at the airport. The morning breakfast was a nice touch as well. Thank you!

TV programming was awful. Roku channels only. I wanted to watch local TV. The bathroom was like a small closet. The room appeared to be old dated.i would not recommend this hotel

Unfortunately we could smell marijuana smoke coming through the vent in our bathroom- breakfast is very limited- decent bagels, cheap coffee and OJ was basically it. Not a bad place but not great.
