6 girls for the weekend! The girls and myself loved the view along with the house. It is a curved road to get there but highly worth it. The host is great to work with and helped every step of the way. Highly recommend.

We just returned home from our stay at Wish You Were Here 7Devils and everything was just perfect. So much thought was put into every room in this house. The kitchen was fantastic and stocked way better than any other rental we have ever stayed in. The basement area was perfect for kids and adults and was stocked with games for all ages. The communication with the owners was phenomenal and so kind! I felt like we were longtime friends:) We spent most of our time on the beautiful porch admiring the view.
The location of the the house was perfect for quick trips to Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock and Linville. I would highly recommend the Otter Falls hike if you are feeling adventurous! It was so close and the waterfalls were absolutely worth it! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the host for an amazing experience renting the house in the mountains. The house was incredibly cozy and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. All the furniture and appliances were in excellent condition, and the views from the windows were simply breathtaking!
I especially want to highlight the care and attention of the host. She was always available and ready to help with any questions, which made our stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature in the mountains. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely be back!

A fantastic vacation rental! House was very clean! Above average amenities. Everything in great working order. Many forms of entertainment available without leaving the property! Kitchen extremely well stocked. Appreciated the more than basics supply of paper towel, TP, soaps, etc. Super simple check out process. We had a wonderful time. One of our best rental experiences! Would definitely consider return visit.

My family had such a good time relaxing at this beautiful place and home. The owners of this place are such good people and help us with whatever we needed! One thing for sure if I plan on coming back to Banner Elk, I’m most definitely booking their place again :)

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The house has everything you might need and more. The family room is well stocked with games and a the pool table kept everyone occupied. The house is centrally located to shopping, breweries, and the many outdoor attractions available. Clean, quiet, and well maintained property. We definitely plan to come back!!

Wonderful place - the actual house was better than the pictures! Beautiful views! Cozy place with a great mix of outside porch and inside games that kept 3 generations all together. Highly recommended!

This place was amazing. I would give 6 stars if I could. My family stayed here this past weekend for a wedding in Banner Elk. The place was very clean when we arrived. The owners were very accommodating and communicated extremely well. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking in this area.

Without a doubt, this property ranks among our top VRBO experiences thus far. Nestled perfectly between Boone and Banner Elk, its location couldn't be more ideal. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a clean, spacious environment that truly feels like a home away from home. Ruthie and her family have left no stone unturned in ensuring every amenity is provided for guests' comfort and convenience. The entire deck and outdoor spaces are new and pretty impressive. Teens and kids will love the downstairs area outfitted with a pool table / ping ping table, television and a large couch for lounging.
The Seven Devils community, where the property is situated, is very private and offers access via a short walk to a range of recreational facilities, including pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts. While enjoying a coffee on the front deck, wildlife sightings are abundant, adding an extra touch of charm to an already delightful stay.
Our family would 100% recommend this property for a great stay.

My friends and I stayed at this location for my bachelorette trip and we hardly left the place! It was cozy, homey and our hosts were extremely accommodating. I will absolutely be back to stay with them in the future, I loved this place so much!!!

The views were amazing. I loved all of the natural light — very bright house. The kitchen was well equipped. It was so nice to have communal living spaces in two levels— it let us spread out and playing pool and ping pong was lots of fun. Host was very responsive and helpful. We were very comfortable. It as a great house for us and our 3 a young adult kids. The location was convenient to a lot of things to do. It was obvious that the host put a lot of thought into providing everything you might want while on vacation!

This was the perfect size for our family of 10. It was cozy, but yet enough room yo spread out as well. The pool and pingpong table was great for my boys. The house is very well stocked for the area and the covered hot tub/fire table area was very nice because we were still able to wnjoy it even in the rain. We would highly recommend and would stay here agian when visiting the area.

If you don’t enjoy great views of the mountains, this place is not for you :-). If you do, this is your place. Breath taking views of Grandfather Mountain. We spend a lot of time in the mountains, and my entire family said the same thing-can we just stay here going forward!!!

We had a great time for our family weekend in the cabin. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning too! The couches and living areas are comfy, and we really enjoyed the fireplaces. The home had a lot of nice touches that made it cozy and feel like home. The kids enjoyed the pool table, and there were lots of games to choose from. We had eight people, and we all had room to spread out and have space. We enjoyed the proximity to the ski lodges too! We will definitely be back! Definitely one of the best vacations we have taken!
