Very pleased with the facility, checking in, staff that I interacted with, the studio room, cleanliness, space to park truck with 30’ trailer and the heated pool!! Only complaint would be a little disappointed in the complimentary breakfast. Overall was a very pleasant stay.

Room was very nice, bathroom was big. However the shower its self was very small and as a bigger plus size lady it wasn’t good .
The bed was comfortable but the sheets were kinda rough.
Overall we would stay again.

The hotel was pretty clean; however there was a hair clip underneath the bathroom sink that we found on check in that did not belong to us. The bathroom otherwise was very clean; the shower was clean. The room itself was very clean though. The coffee maker still had water in it. We did not get room service the day it said we would due to the staff being understaffed, but the front desk was great about bringing extra towels and trash bags to our room. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was hardly any choice from day to day and the waffle maker had no mix in it. Overall, I’d give it a 4/5 because it was clean and we were only there to sleep and shower. I’d stay there again. It was a safe area and close to several fast food places as well as WalMart and some drug stores. Very close to the water park which of course is closed in the winter and across from a park.

This is a pleasant hotel. The room had a little alcove with a couch, which was nice. A large, unleashed dog was wandering through the breakfast area and two large dogs (with owner) were blocking the coffee area for an extended period. These breakfast areas are busy enough without having to deal with dogs in the space, and it seems unsanitary.

Very nice hotel, especially for the cost. Appears to be brand new. My only complaint was breakfast was a bit dissappointing. There was waffles, but no syrup, no juice, and the rest of the hot food was nearly empty at 8:30. Then around 9:15 (breakfast was supposed to end at 9), theu filled everything up once we hade eaten what we could find. Im assuming this was not the normal, so I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful new hotel. Our room felt luxurious, and was in a great location, with friendly and helpful staff at check in. We were a little disappointed by the breakfast fare. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay! We came up for the night to see the surrounding areas. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and tidy.
Breakfast offerings were standard but good. Staff is very friendly. We came in late so couldnt check out the restaurant, but tbe menu items looked delicious. Would come back and stay again.

Our room was just fine. We checked in around 3:30 PM. Unfortunately the other couple we were traveling with did not check in until 9 PM and at that point the front desk had given away their room, even though it was prepaid. So what was supposed to be a couples vacation with two couples didn’t turn out. To that end, we were disappointed. And our friends ended up having to get a room outside Cullman.

Everything was great, except for the wifi did not work to the tv and i called the front desk and she didnt know how to fix it so i had to use my phone hotspot to watch tv. We were told at check in the wrong ending time for breakfast the next morning so we missed one breakfast. We were told there was no water fountain, so we had to purchase $3 bottles of water during our stay just to take medicine and remain hydrated. There was a stain in the tub. The beds slept great and the pillows were excelent. Very quiet room and spacious.

Great little hotel. Tv didn’t work but we were able to use our hotspot to connect tv to steaming so that worked out nice. Hotel on site that had a great menu. Didn’t get to try it but probably would have if time had allowed. Fantastic safe comfortable clean place at a great price.

A bit off the interstate but it lets you see the town which is fun. A new construction building means everything was new. No water fountain though which was weird.

We stopped with the family on a road trip. Everything was nice and it seemed to be located in a safe area. The pool was small but the kids still enjoyed it. They have a restaurant but was to pricey for me to eat at with the whole family.

the staff was helpful the hotel room was clean the location was great because it was close to the facility that I had to attend a training at, but the surroundings of the hotel were sketchy, and I wouldn't recommend females to be outside alone especially after dark. make sure all of your belongings are locked up.
