The view is nice

1. The room not clean. Even after housekeeping, the blanket still sandy 2. The toilet water tap slow pressure 3. The aircond are very problem. The aircond not reach to the bed! 4. The breakfast are the worse. Spagetti are so dry. Nasi lemak rice are not well cooked. The side dishes(sosej, nugget) are like hard like stone

Staffs are friendly. Thats the only plus point

The hotel is still under renovation or construction. The room finishing is very poor. There are paint droplets all over the place. No mini fridge and wardrobe in the room. The dinner and breakfast were very sad. Food items were limited. Please improve your facilities esp the rooms and F&B services.

Courtesy & hospitality of the front desk & online staff were commendable . The sea view was splendid if not tarred by the foul smell of the leaked sewer.

The room lacked basic amenities; luggage placement, wardrobe, tissue in a box, proper lighting. The room was too small & had v poor sound insulation; cld hear the guests next door talking! The water pressure in the shower was dismal. The worst part was there was a leakeage of a sewer (?) pipe laid on the ground into a manhole in front of the balcony causing foul smell throughout the night! There was a huge drain in the middle of the property! The carpark conditjon was like an abandoned properly. No security guard was seen at all! The ground was littered frm the main road to the horse stable. The management must review their way of work seriously & fast.

Clean. Room great. Really a Malay resort. Friendly staff. Welll-cooked food.

No geared for international travelers. No alcohol. Simple Malay food. Aircon only in room.

Please improve water pressure and flow. Upgrade the water pump as well as the water heater. I stay for 4 days, but only can use hot water for shower only at day 1.

I booked a room categorized as Sea View but given a Partial Seaw View. Half of the view blocked by another room block. I asked helpdesk to change the room but was denied because no more room left at that time. Futhermore the management insist the room given to me is a Sea View room although it is a PARTIAL sea view. Please learn more about the classification!! I dont care about the price, you should deliver the service according to your advertisement. Let alone the classification, you will hate the placement of the toilet bowl even more believe me. ........ Tempah bilik untuk Sea View tapi dapat bilik Partial Sea View. Dah minta tukar tapi tak dapat sebab bilik lain dah penuh. Harga belakang kira, mahal atau murah servis kena bergantung dengan apa yang diiklankan. Tapi dapat bilik yang TAK sama seperti gambar iklan. Pihak pengurusan pun tetap berkeras kata bilik yang diberi adalah Sea View walhal pemandangan terhalang separuh dengan blok bilik berhadapan. Belum nak cerita bilik depan gantung seluar dalam lagi kat balkoni. Pihak hotel kena belajar kategori bilik dengan betul, bezakan Sea View atau Partial Sea View!! Cerita tandas duduk pula - entah tukang reno mana dia pakai untuk buat tandas duduk sebab tak cukup ruang untuk duduk tegak. Nak duduk kena sengetkan badan 🤣🤣

Parking area is far from the room. The bellboy is not readily available to help carry your luggage to the room, only a few to cover the whole resort, as such be patient to receive at your room or resorting to carry it yourself. Expect to climb stairs up and down to reach the room. If you elderly with sakit lutut or bertongkat, please go and stay somewhere else. This resort is for young and healthy only.
