We have a big family and this house fit us all very comfortably! It has great river access and such a great pool! Definitely would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group traveled to Concan to view the 2024 Eclipse. The weather & clouds unfortunately spoiled the eclipse for us, but we all agreed that we had a great weekend overall. The house provided plenty of space for us and seemed bigger than we expected. We had a few items that needed to be addressed on our first night and the manager on duty got them taken care of promptly. It was good for us to know in advance that we weren't going to be able to rely on our Verizon cell signal or have access to major grocery stores and this allowed us to come prepared with groceries and downloaded maps. The nearest convenience store is just across the street from the entrance to the gated community and it was nice to know that any missed items was just within walking distance. We didn't venture out to any of the restaurants , but there are options close by. Our kids enjoyed taking a dip in the Frio River and got plenty of use out of the pool at the house. We had a great experience overall and would recommend this house to family and friends.
