There is a sensation, a feeling, every vacationer hopes to experience when they arrive to their destination. Our entire family felt that as soon as we walked into Rehoboth by the Sea. Once you step through the door, you're able to look all the way through house onto the sand and the beautiful, bright blue sky. Rehoboth by the Sea immediately offers a sense of welcome, happiness, and relaxation. One of my favorite parts about Rehoboth by the Sea was that you are steps from the beach, but not directly on the beach. We had children ranging in age from 2 to 6 and it was such a relief to let the kids play in the sand without worrying about them going in the water. When we did go to the beach, we didn't have to pack lunches or snacks or toiletries or fret about nap time - when we were hungry, had to go to the bathroom, or it was nap time, we simply walked the two minutes back to the house and returned to the beach when we were done. Another invaluable benefit of Rehoboth by the Sea was renting from Karen and her husband. I was a little apprehensive at first having the owner directly next door, but Karen was perfectly attentive when we needed her and 100% gave us privacy when we didn't. There were a few things that needed attention and Karen was very easy to talk to and work with. When I asked, Karen provided countless recommendations for local places to eat and things to do and they all were spot on. I really couldn't have asked for a better owner. Book it, don't hesitate!

The home was beautiful and clean upon arrival. Very spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living area. The kids really enjoyed the sand area outside the back deck and the beach was a very short walk away. Karen made the stay easier with open communication. I highly recommend this property for your stay at Dewey Beach.

We had 3 generations of family on our fabulous vacation. Karen's home is spectacular! Lots of space and beautiful decor. Super beachy! And the location is prime. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Jolly trolly just steps away. Communicating with Karen was so easy. She's a doll and very helpful and accommodating. We would love to stay here again - hopefully for 2 weeks! Thanks Karen for welcoming us into your lovely home and allowing our family to celebrate life and togetherness.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo is situated between Dewey and Rehoboth making it easy to walk to both. The finished upstairs was absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely loved everything about this place, perfect get away for our family. Karen was so kind and an excellent communicator. If we had questions, she responded very quickly. Karen made sure we had everything we needed down to the medium size pot in the cabinet. 😉 Check-in was a breeze and the home was clean. All the information we needed to be comfortable was neatly placed in a book. The community of people around this home are wonderful as well. Will absolutely come again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We had three adults, three teenagers and two three year old twins stay for the week. They loved the views of the ocean from the house and the convenience of the beach. Thank you for providing a wonderful rental option for our family!

Lovely property. Very well equipped. (Did need a can opener though.) The deck needs to have the nails hammered in. Some popping up a bit. And the ladies wanted full length mirrors on the third floor. So convenient to the beach, so everyone could come and go as they pleased.

Great property with views of the ocean. The owners were very nice and attentive to any requests/ concerns. Would love to stay there again!
