My sister and I stayed here while in town for my brothers birthday. We are both from Shaker Hts so we really liked this location for it's proximity to the Van Aken District (the VAD) where we could walk to eat, get coffee etc. The unit was clean and looked like the pictures. The unit is on the 2nd floor. It was nice having Roku TV's in both the bedrooms and a large one in the Living Room. The kitchen has nice appliances and there is a big table in the dining room. When I needed to speak to the Manager regarding miscl things she was always very responsive

Security was at a minimum. Only locked door is the apartment door. Apartment lock was screwed in with substandard screws was seriously loose. Easy to kick in. Gas oven would no turn off, so I unplugged it. No way to divert water to upper spout to take a shower. No instructions for the thermostat. After traveling ALL DAY I had to f- - k with this Pryor to going to bed. I do not recommend this place just with the security issues not to mention the others.

At the time of my booking 6/2024 this property was listed as a Condo. The fact is the property is an apartment in a filthy multi-unit buidling. The property reeked of insecticide, with no ventilation and air freshner beads in the hallway entrance and throughout the unit making the stench worse. One of the most poorly maintained properties I have ever entered. I would consider this unit one step above subsidized housing. When I called the host to voice my concerns and let her know my family would not be staying here she was EXTREMELY RUDE and hung up on me telling me I would have to take it up with Vrbo. I wish there was a way to post pictures of the filth my family encountered upon entering the unit. This is my first time booking with Vrbo and if this property is an example of what their brand has to offer I will never book with them again.

This property was perfect for our sister gathering to celebrate another family member 's birthday.

This was a nice updated condo, but the it lacked some basic supplies. There was only liquid hand soap (no bath soap, no shampoo and no conditioner). If we knew in advance, we would have brought our own, but generally those things are supplied and having to go out late in the evening before a shower was not fun. Also, there were only 2 coffee mugs, so we had to hand wash each morning and there was only one dinner spoon. We had two kids with us and using larger soup spoons made it difficult. Again, we had to hand wash each use.
