We stayed in many VRBO homes over the years and this was by far the BEST place we ever stayed in. The house was immaculate and inviting. There was plenty of room to spend quality time with the whole family. We had a little hiccup with the pool but the management was extremely accomodating and handled it quickly and efficiently. They were always available for whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this place and be happy to stay here again. We had loads of fun!

This property was beautiful, my family had a wonderful time! There were so many fun things for all of us to do. The pool was absolutely amazing, the waterslide and jumping rock entertained the kids and adults everyday. The game room had so many options; pool, video games, axe throwing (plastic, lol), chess. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bath and the bunk beds allowed all the kids to sleep in one room. Our family group was able to sit and eat together inside or outside, so many choices. There was a well stocked kitchen and pantry.
Red Sands was great to work with. Any questions or concerns were immediately responded to. We highly recommend this home for your family. Definitely a 5 star rating!

This place was so good for our group of 16 for our annual AGI Golf Tournament. Everything was in great shape, we had everything we needed and Red Sands were so great to work with, responding when ever we had questions through out our stay. The house was amazing and the pool was even better as that's where we spent most of our time away from golf. Everything was clean and there was more than enough stocked for our large group. We will definitely be coming back to Hurricane and would most definitely stay at this same place or rent from Red Sands again. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Pecan Valley 5205! Plenty of linens, well stocked kitchen, and a great layout that allowed for our group to gather but also wind down. We had a wonderful stay all around. Our only issue was that we needed to contact the rental agency to help us with the pool controls. Everything ran off a tablet but we had trouble managing this, I think partially because of the wifi going out. It also would have been helpful to have basic information posted such as when the trash/recycling was going to be picked up. I think there was maybe some sort of curbside service but this was unclear and I couldn't find this information in the electronic handbook that was provided.

I am speechless! Not only was this a beautiful place to hang out in as a family. It provided so many fun activities to do that there was never a dull moment of someone asking when can we go do something somewhere. This place was better than my imagination could have dreamt up!

I loved staying here. It's the perfect feeling of comfort with a home feel, and still so stunning. The pool and hot tubs are amazing. Hosts are incredible and go above and beyond. I will be bringing my whole family next year!

Everything has been thought of in this immaculate home. We stayed here for a retreat for an extended weekend and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the accommodations. The pool, the slide, the hot tubs (yes, 2!), and all of the rooms and bathrooms were perfect for a huge group. There was plenty of everything you could need (blankets, suitcase stands, storage, etc) and everyone was comfortable. The views were gorgeous. This is a no brainer - you won't regret booking here!!

The house is absolutely beautiful designed! I love that there's two tables.
I'd love how comfy the beds were and the pillows were so soft. I slept like a baby.
And the pool and hot tubs are so fun!
We were there for a women's retreat and we all loved it!
I can't wait to plan a family reunion there.
