If you're considering here or a hotel, definitely book here. Easy check in and check out process. No contact with the host was necessary. Centralized to a lot of things!
The only downfall was that it could use some updating and simple maintenance.
Could use new beds & pillows. Again, that's just being picky though.
Overall, would stay again.

We really like to stay here in this complex when we go fishing because it is close to the marina. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We also liked the porch where we could feed the turtles.

This is a great condo, especially for a family. It is clean, spacious and has lots of fun touches. You really can feed the turtles and fish from the back deck! Outdoor shower and hoses are great for washing off sandy kids and beach gear. Rooms are large and comfy. It’s marsh side and right off Demere Road, so obviously it’s not beach front, But it’s an easy drive to anywhere on the island and a great economical option!

We had a wonderful stay. No problems at all great communication from the host and flexibility! I was very pleased with the stay. my kids enjoyed the little pond in the back.

Overall a great stay! Perfect for a family and very clean!
Check in and out process was a little unclear, however the owner was quick to reply, so we were able to find those out.

Property has a lot of deferred maintenance and is right next to a very loud road. Hard to sleep.
