Extremely disappointed with the property and the failure of host to communicate when requested.

We made reservations for a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment. We received a door code from the host earlier on our scheduled day of arrival. Upon arrival in the evening, there was no one to meet us at the property. As instructed from the host, we used the door code to enter the side door as directed in our instructions, entering what we thought was the apartment. Instead the door opened directly into a hall way with bedrooms with unkempt, slept-in beds, dirty dishes in the kitchen sink, and clothes strewn about as if someone was already occupying what we had paid for to stay in. We took pictures of what we found inside, then locked up and went back to our vehicle outside. We immediately phoned the host. The phone call went to voicemail; we left a message for the host to call us back immediately for assistance. We waited a half-hour in the driveway for the host to return our request for a call; the host never returned our call. Due to the late hour and the lack of response from the host, we were forced to obtain alternative accommodations elsewhere. The host never ever returned our call. We immediately called customer service at Booking.com to report what we had found, the lack of response from the host, and a request for a refund because what we found was not what was advertised on Booking.com. We received a response the next day for Booking.com that the host had denied our request. We are extremely disappointed that the accommodations we found were not what was posted online and even disappointed more so from the lack of response from the host when requested. We do not recommend this property in any way.

It was awesome stay for us. Felt like home with bedrooms, living area, kitchen. Spacious and clean.

Noise cancellation 0/10 Quiet hours 23:00-6:00, but upstairs few adults have emotional discussion. --- No word about this apartment is in a BASEMENT. I was shocked, when i realised that at 22:10 when the door was opened. I feels like I'm in the begging of horror movie: one house without lights, main character opens side door, and there are one more door, and behind this door Main character hears the song "thank you my lord", and the only way - downstairs in whole darkness, with no any sign of nice story. --- Sorry, but never again. Just because some information was missing, and in result I was really scared 😨. Why you singing at 22:00 without lights??? And i found hand prints on my car... I don't like that.
