The price and the location are the best things about this hotel! The pool is pretty good a touch of grime dirty

The beds, and the bedding are very old, as is everything in the room! Not enough PowerPoint, a lot of room, but they put the microwave in the cupboard. Bathroom sink must be for like a six-year-old just not big enough and nowhere to put your toiletries. The tails are too small I’m 6 foot three, and it was like using a face washer, but you get what you pay for

Our room was more spacious than I expected. It had all the usual amenities such as aircon, tv, fridge & a microwave. I like that for a double room it actually had two chairs and a small table. Location in the centre of town couldn't be better. Car parked safely at our front door in the private parking area. We didn't get to use the pool but it is there if you want it. Even though we stayed in the middle of the school holidays it wasn't overrun with screaming kids. Best value for money in Mandurah. Hotel fit out etc is a little dated as other reviewers have commented but there are more modern hotels in Mandurah for two or three times the price if this bothers you.

Friendly staff, good location, not fancy, but what you would expect for the price. Clean towels and sheets, decent sized refrigerator.

It had an unusually small sink. A little tricky to use brushing teeth.

Location was fantastic so close to the foreshore,restaurants and within walking distance to night life.The pool was beautiful and clean.Beds comfy and we found it great value for money.

Perfect location! Close to pubs, restaurants and of course foreshore. We actually thought it would be quite noisy because of the location but didn’t hear a thing from surrounding nightlife. Was perfect for us as all we need was a night’s accommodation.

Not really a negative we are just outside people . A small table and a couple of chairs outside the room would be nice just to have a quick coffee or drink before going out

The rooms are well appointed with air conditioning and plates and a microwave and toaster and fridge. Everything was amazingly clean and the pool was excellent. The location is right across the road from the foreshore and all the restaurants.

The wifi was poor - the person n the office told was it was poor i- particularly in the room we were allocated There was no electric fry pan in our room, equally we were told we could not provide our own electric fry pan. 😳 The fridge was not working and the office was closed so there was no one available to report the problem too!🥺

Conveniate, in the centre of the town simple room and the Car spot is right our the front of the room. Perfect.

One towel for two, privacy blinds were to small, aircon was very old, no wi-fi .

Have stayed a few times over last year for work, close to restaurants and bars for evening meal, friendly helpful staff

I didn't like the microwave and the toaster in the cupboard, it will be good if you put small tables for it, so customers don't have be lifting it in and out of the cupboard.
