Loved how quiet the location is ! The house was fully stocked linens & towels . Kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal . Bonus having a W / D in the unit !
It's a very short walk thru the field behind the house to the beach . * NOTE: Do Not go in bare feet & be careful w/ a dog as there are awful little low growing sticker bushes w/ painful thorns.

Updated home with 2 separate apartments near the docks. Apartment was well stocked and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the docks which was fun and we were able to rent crabbing gear/licenses on site - so fun!
Neighbor was friendly and helpful. Check in/out was simple other than we weren't sure which unit was ours and we arrived late so it was dark. We felt bad walking around checking random doors as there were other tenants. Property management company never got back to us when we had questions regarding waste management.

We loved staying at this Vacasa. We could see the bridge over the bay from the back windows. Right by the park and down the road from the grocery store. The kitchen has a blender, hot water boiler, and a pizza cutter. Soaps were provided. The washer and dryer were included. Games in the closet. Netflix on TV. 2 TV trays in the closet by the front door. Kids dishes, scissors, foil and sandwich bags, the kitchen just felt so well stocked. Extra linens and towels. Blankets, heaters and fans.

Gorgeous view from the kitchen. We sat on the barstools night of July 3 and watched people’s personal fireworks from the kitchen.
The laminate floors were great for the dogs.
Kitchen had what we needed.
We had a wonderful time and would rent there again.

In town for a baseball tournament and needed a place to stay within proximity to Toledo/Newport without the price tag on Newport hotels. Great price for the weekend we booked and much better than a hotel for the same or more. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

We did a lot of cooking and loved the amenities and the big windows with bay bridge view.

Lovely quiet location. The home was peaceful and close to Newport, Depoe Bay, Seal Rock, and Yachats.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean unit in a quiet neighborhood. Location was good for exploring, as both Newport and Florence were a short (and breathtaking) drive away. Small park on Alsea Bay and delicious food at the Salty Dawg being within walking distance was an added bonus!
