Convenient location on highway attached to breakfast place. Busy road but noise was minimal. Responsive host.

Clean, spacious, and nice without being 'too nice' to enjoy with a large group. Mike was very helpful and easy to deal with. Great proximity to trolley, restaurants, and shops. Beach can be walked, but probably more of a drive and drop off.

We very much enjoyed our time at this home. We were a party of eight, including four kids ranging from 5 to 13 yo, parents and a grandma. The house is incredibly convenient to both downtown Ogunquit and the beach and we often walked to grab a morning coffee or fresh croissant, to do some souvenir shopping, and to dine in one of the delicious Ogunquit restaurants. It was even close enough to walk to the beach, carrying all the buckets, towels and sand toys we could carry. The house is very nicely appointed; it had classy beach house decor, comfortable beds and it was very sound proof. At the time of booking we were a little nervous we would hear the patrons of the attached Omelette Factory or the cars on Main Street, but upon arrival we realized we heard almost nothing. It was very peaceful inside the house and so convenient to be living steps away from super yummy blueberry muffins and delicious egg dishes!Mike was a fantastic owner; very personabale and super easy to deal with, quickly responding to any questions we had leading up to the stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Ogunquit.

We had a lovely stay in Ogunquit. The house was perfect for our needs: big enough and very comfortable, super clean, safe for my toddler granddaughter, well appointed with lots of amenities, close to a walkable downtown and the ocean. Our host was responsive to all of our needs and always available to answer our questions.We would certainly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s. The location is perfect- about 15 min walk to Ogunquit Beach, 10 min to downtown, and 15 min to Footbridge Beach. It’s busy on the road but there’s a sidewalk and you can’t hear too much road noise in the house. Having the Omelette Favtory next door was great, and we never heard any restaurant commotion at all. House is very big and could accommodate many, even though it was just three of us. Everything was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had one issue that Mike addressed immediately even though it was a Saturday night. We will definitely be returning and would love to stay at Mike’s place again!!

We have been coming to Ogunquit for over 25 years. As the children grew we wanted a space where we could all be together for meals and relaxing, something you can’t do as a big family at a hotel.
This was the perfect place to be as a family with adults and young adults now. We can be together and enjoy all our favorite activities, and we’re within walking distance of the village and beach so no need to use our car. Mike was a very responsive and gracious host. The home was very spacious, which comes in handy when you have 8 grown adults in one space.
Everything was just a blessing for us and our vacation time. Our plans to come again are in the works 👍

We had a great time in this property! We couldn't have asked for a better location, just close enough to the downtown area to be able to walk if we wanted, and with a trolley stop right across the street if we didn't feel like walking (it was hot, we we trolleyed!).
The property owner was super responsive and courteous when we had questions. We even met him in the driveway when he was there working with the business next door.
Our toddler also enjoyed the games, particularly Candy Land!

It was a beautiful cottage with an easy 20 minute walk to the beach, along with shops, cafes, and restaurants. Right next door to an omelette restaurant. It was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed.

We had an excellent stay at this house. The communication with the host was stellar (including email responses on July 4th). Mike was kind, understanding and welcoming. There were lots of “extras” that made our stay even more enjoyable like beach chairs, a stash of board games, paper towels, extra batteries, etc. We will definitely come again!

Our stay at the house was wonderful. Very spacious and clean home with plenty of space for 4 Adults and 2 Kids to spread out. The house is well stocked with dishes to cook at home if
you wish and is walking distance to everything that you need in town. (restaurants, shops and beach)
A few things to note as a renter. The house is attached to a busy breakfast restaurant and there are people and cars coming on property early in the morning. The house is located on Main Street which is a prime location but the front facing rooms do hear a lot of road traffic all day and night. The master upstairs needs a new bed, it is very worn.
Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a list of exactly what is in the house as we packed a lot that we didn't need to and for travelers coming from out of town, it's useful to know.

An amazing vacation, the house was better than we could have imagined, spotless, so well equipped and the location was so perfect, because of the location it allowed all the ages in our party to independently enjoy everything Ogunquit had to offer. On the day we left no one wanted to leave and we are already planning to return!

We had a great experience in this VRBO Rental! The owner met us on the first day, introduced himself and got us hooked on Egg-cellent breakfast omelettes next door at his Omelette Factory restaurant. The property was very clean, well stocked with Kitchen, Bedroom, and Bathroom essentials. Owner was very pleasant and answered any questions we had immediately. There was plenty of attractions and food nearby. Short walks to the beach which kept our Granddaughters and everyone else occupied. There was more than enough room for the 6 adults and 2 kids who stayed with us. I would definitely recommend this property and owner to everyone looking to get away to the Coast of Maine.

This is a great place to stay for families, couples traveling together or a friend's trip. It was VERY walkable to downtown Ogunquit and the beach.
The home is very spacious and very clean. Even though it is on the main road, once you are inside, you don't really hear the road noise.
Mike could not have been a better host. He was always very responsive and incredibly kind. I was a little surprised at the lack of check out instructions. There were NONE. If anyone has rented a VRBO as of late, you normally have to put aside a hour or so just to manage the check out list. He just wants people to have a vacation. That being said, I had to do a couple of minor things. When you have a host that nice, I just wanted to do the right thing.

We had a great experience during our stay in Ogunquit. The stay is walkable to town and the beach. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the Omlette Factory (attached restaurant but no shared space to the rental)- maybe next time! Would definitely return.

We spent Christmas here with my parents, children and grandchild (9 of us). It was great to gather in one large room and the kitchen was great to cook in as well. Convenient to the shops downtown Ogunquit as well as the grocery store. Would love to stay again in warmer weather!

This was a perfect size property for our group. Space to gather in the morning and evening to share our stories and laugh. Loved having breakfast next door. Beach and downtown shops were walkable but we did use car to the beach to haul chairs and coolers. Mike thank you for finding the Apple Watch!

The locationwas perfect for us- next door to restaurants, very close to downtown, and we were able to walk to Ogunquit beach and Footbridge Beach. The house is beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed (pull-out sofas, games). The owner was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating- we appreciated the ice, waters and gift certificate to the Omelette Factory. Our group included toddlers, adults and seniors and we were all comfortable and had a great experience. Towards the end of our week stay we discovered a hose outside and were able to hose down sandy kids/belongings. A beautiful week in a beautiful home!
