This property was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen and living rooms were perfect for relaxing as a group. Close enough the we walked pretty much everywhere. Loved how so many of the small details were covered - step stools, baby silverware, lots of games/puzzles. My kids loved the pacman game. Would definitely stay there again

The condo was perfect for our family trip! Everything was as pictured, the location was super convenient to the beach and restaurants, and we had a fantastic time! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great hospitality David!

Very nice. Plenty of room and gorgeous kitchen. Park across street always has free events. Market, movie, and group exercise. Location is GREAT!!

Every description about this condo was exactly to the letter. When I was unsure how to work the AC I got word immediately from David and he, even if I said he can control the temperature from where he was at, which was super cool. Even though we didn’t use the garage area we did take a peek and what a cool space and extra space to have for like the rainy day when you can’t get down to the beach. Or just a lazy evening when you don’t wanna watch TV and you just wanna spend time with your friends and family what an extra great space that was thank you for allowing us to stay for a few days we did I wish we could’ve stayed longer, definitely five stars. And the chocolate left on the towels made it even sweeter.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location! Host was very responsive. Rooms are large and very spacious. Next time we’ll use the Ninja ice cream maker!

This place was amazing. The pictures really do not do it justice It is much larger in person. The place was clean, well maintained, and looked like it had been updated. The host provided more that I would have ever hoped for. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the amazing place to stay.

Our daughter flew in from California and my husband and I drove down, from Ohio, to spend 6 days with her. (we haven't seen her since Christmas!) The condo was in a perfect location. Being on the third floor, we had a view of Carolina Lake (directly across the street) and we were a short two blocks to the ocean. And, the boardwalk was just a short 10 minute walk. Having the restaurant directly in front of the condo was no issue; as we were above their roof line, so the views were not obstructed. So much room in the condo; we never sat inside though, because the deck was so pleasant Even in the heat of the day, there was always a cool breeze. The owner thought of everything, when stocking the kitchen. I have rented VRBO for over 30 years and never had such a wonderfully stocked kitchen. I cook while on vacation so it was an extremely welcome surprise. Publix and Food Lion are are short 5 minute drive. The owner has bikes and beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage, along with beach carts,etc. The location is also great because we were a short 10 minute drive to Kure Beach and Fort Fisher and Carolina State Park; with some nice walking trails. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest would be to provide a few more hangars in the closet and also to add at least two more chairs to the balcony.(even if they are just the resin stackable kind) Two are not enough. The host responds to any questions almost immediately.

Condo was great. Plenty of room. The rooms are very large. Everything thing that you need is there ready to use! Great location, within reasonable walking distance to the Boradwalk, beach and restaurants.

We had the absolute BEST time! The amenities were so nice and we really appreciated the beach items for use in the garage. It made all the difference to not have to lug so much stuff down to the beach. The property was clean, there was plenty of space for all 5 of us, the showers were phenomenal and it really felt like a home away from home. We were already looking at dates for our next stay while we were there! The host was super easy to get in touch with and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable in the slightest. The location was convenient to the beach, aquarium, and local dining. We really had the best time!

Great condo! Well appointed and wonderful location. Updated, spacious and nicely decorated inside. Will definitely rent again if in Carolina beach! Owner was super responsive and easy to work with.
