Easy check in. Spotless lobby and room. Breakfast was good. Very quiet. Staff was fantastic. Never an issue with a stay at a Hilton property.

Wonderful staff. So very helpful. Tia is awesome and what a great personality. They all truly care for you. Will be back when I come for work every month. I have a new home!! Thanks so much. Makes being away from home not so bad.

Nice hotel, almost new, spectacular room

The property is awesome. Everything is nice and clean. Everybody’s really nice. I will definitely stay again and I will recommend it.

This was a nice new hotel but things didn’t go all that great. First, the A/C was really noisy. It would wake me up in the middle of the night. The noise would come and go. Then, had to deal with a roach. The other issue was the TV. Tv kept turning off every few mins. And when it would turn off, it wouldn’t turn back on for a while. I called the front desk and they sent their tech guy. He said there are sensors in the room. If there’s no movement, it turns off. But even if I moved in front of the sensor, it still wouldn’t turn back on. At one point, tv was off for like 40 mins. It was frustrating.

Clean place , pretty quiet. I really don’t have any complaints. I would definitely stay here again if in Orlando area.

This is a new hotel just opened in early 2024. Staff was excellent and the checkin was easy breezy. My room had a microwave, all fridge with freezer and nice sized television. I will definitely stay here my next time thru town, to include this brand hotel in other traveling areas.

first time in this hotel and we loved it, the only thing that was a big turn off was the pay parking, I think that if I'm a guess I wouldn't have to pay to park there and that is a reason for me going to other hotels

This is my new favorite place to stay in Lake Mary. Of course it helps that it is a new hotel but if they continue to take care of the property as I witnessed during my recent stay I will use this as my primary hotel! Staff (especially Sue) were friendly and personable and really made you feel at home. The rooms are amazing! So much space and the entire hotel decor was calming and made it easy to relax!

Pool was a little green and cloudy. Fire alarm went off at midnight, no one told us anything. We just stood outside for 45 minutes, fire dept showed up. It was a false alarm but no staff ever told us to exit properly or if it was safe to go back in, we were all left outside clueless.

It is so new, it does not show on my Garmin GPS yet. It is so good, I decided to stay a second night.

I love this place

This is a new hotel . Part of the Hilton Chain which I usually stay at in Lake Mary. The lobby is quite small so on the weekends they host a lot of little league’s baseball games so it is loud and rowdy. Breakfast is good - small area - room is new and comfortable!!! But they charge you for overnight parking!! And this is the only Hilton that does in that area. Homewood suites and Hilton garden - half a mile away - they do not. And there is no need - ample space!!! So that was a surprise. There are many hotels around there for others choices as there prices are the same!
