Ok so let's start with some pros and cons/things to know about the property: The hall bath doesn't get hot, we ran it almost 45m and it was tepid at best, we tried the knob in al the directions, multiple days, its definitely for the cold shower person, which is a shame since the decor is lovely. Definitely recommend using the master stall shower, let it run about 15-20m, it gets hotter as the days progress. If you're arachnophobic like me or just not a fan of bugs in general I would avoid the patio, it's a nice setup but the creatures are out en masse. The microwave is in a cabinet on the floor, kinda gross to put your food so close to the floor but it works and it frees up counter space so I guess its ok? Might be an issue with the breakers too, there's a note about not using multiple appliances at once. Make sure you bring your bug spray! We visited just after a storm so they're out worse than ever but from what I remember living here, they're just bad period. If you're arriving at night it's hard to spot the house with no mailbox, look for the numbers by the front door beams. You can see the neighbors from the backyard, seemed unoccupied during our stay but people came to work on the pool and they can see into the master bathroom window. The TV in bedroom is... problematic? It doesnt seem to work with the remotes although the living room TV worked just fine. We were instructed to leave trash in outside bins but they aren't in the driveway, you need to walk around to

Got sick on way to Savannah. Only stayed the night we arrived. Contacted property mgr, thought I might get some consideration for leaving so soon but have nothing from anyone.

It is a quaint little house that was very obviously owned by someone who lived there through their elder years and then remodeled (reminded me of my grandma's house, which I kinda liked). We liked the screened in back porch and the location was great for checking out Tybee and Savannah. Everything worked and was clean. The beds were pretty comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. House just needs a few more tweaks like towel hangers in bathrooms and doors on bedroom closets. Certainly no deal breakers there, but I think the property was just recently remodeled. Only bummer was the obviously ornamental living room furniture. It was very small and not comfortable to sit on. The very large bar with chairs made up for it and that's where we congregated in between outings. I would overall recommend this place as it was close to everything and a nice quiet neighborhood.
