My family and I evacuated from Tampa during Hurricane Milton and I am so happy with the service received and the amazing and kind hotel staff.

I made a reservation with a handicap room and when I arrived they said there were no handicap rooms available. I had to get a hotel because of mandatory evacuation. I had my 2 dogs with my and they put me on the 4th floor and it was impossible for me to get one of the dogs down to the main floor so I had to leave a day early. They also charged me a great deal of money for the dogs and I do not have that kind of money to waste.

We were very surprised when we walked in. Modern looking clean neat. Room was clean nice, sleep quietly no noise. Black out curtains. Nice breakfast . It was wonderful stay

Majority of the room was clean but the tub was still dirty and looked like the last person who stayed there had just showered. Breakfast also wasn’t the best it left a dissatisfied taste in my mouth. Other than that it would’ve been a great experience.

This hotel was truly a disappointment. Initially I called to get clarification on something’s and the lady who answered the phone was so rude. The hotel itself was ok, the bathroom tub was peeling. Once we made it to the hotel the same lady was there and she was again so rude and didn’t want to talk, she yelled at my daughter when she asked for towels. There was a guy who came and did overnight who was really nice. Overall the hotel was ok but I wouldn’t stay again

We arrived at the hotel after our flight was delayed. There was a roach in them given to us. There was trash under the bed, stains on the sheets, and uncleanliness in general. We asked for another room and was told there was no other room. We were at the hotel a total of less than an hour before we were forced to purchase another room at a different hotel next door. I don’t sleep in rooms with roaches.

Pros- free hot breakfast, close to Destin Beaches and lots of restaurants, outdoor pool and fitness room, laundry, can purchase snack items, laundry soap, drinks,and treats, pain reliever.
Cons- some guests were very disruptive and literally beating on the floor, non stop dog barking and when I called the front desk about the noise I was met with an attitude.
Some staff were very friendly while others didn't even make eye contact.
Overall, the rooms were ok but bathroom was very small and dated.
This hotel met our needs while staying in Florida.

My room smelled of sewage

From what I was told this hotel is brand new. But, our bathtub is peeling, there are hairs stuck on the shower wall that don't belong to us, it doesn't look like it was built up to code because the door frames don't seem like they're in the walls properly. The elevator has an expired inspection andis makinga weird noise, and the hallway outside our room constantly smells like marijuana. If you work for a contractor or the military, STAY AWAY! Also, the "free breakfast" is AWFUL.

Sleep Inn FWB is a quiet, comfortable place to stay. It has a friendly staff, quality breakfast for no charge, and the room are very clean. This is a good place to stay.

This is clearly a new building & it seems to have been completed around March. Clean & comfortable room, smallish but refreshing pool & a adequate gym with free weights. Breakfast is your standard hot type that most places provide. (Eggs, sausage, waffle maker, etc) Plenty of parking with entrances in front and out back. If you get a room close to the main street you’ll get the noise from loud cars or motorcycles that go by. We got good sleep anyway.
We only had 1 issue and that was the deadbolt to our room did not work. An employee came up after we reported it and tried to lock it but it didn’t lock. They did not fix it during our stay but hopefully it’s fixed now.
