The location was great proximity to stevenage Town centre, about a 20 min walk which was good. The WiFi was great and fast.

The kitchenette was not fully equipped like it said online, there were no plates, no sharp kitchen knives, there was milk left in the fridge from previous booking, aswell as empty shampoo and shower gel bottles in the bathroom. There was also no washing machine which was stated it was equipped with online.

Convenient location, close to everything we needed. Neighbours were not loud.

Wet toilet paper was all over the toilet brush, a little misleading in the description as we thought it would be more of an apartment and not a building with other people staying with a shared kitchen.

Everything clean and spacious, comfortable bed, large tv, microwave and fridge. Self check in makes it easy Owners are quick to respond and very helpful Shower gel/shampoo+ tea/coffee/plates/cutlery provided

Nothing but it could do with some mugs/glasses given tea/coffee and other amenities are provided -there were none in the apartment or kitchen downstairs
