Great experience from start to finish. Philip always responded quickly and provided us with snacks. The check in process was smooth and parking was available on site and on the street. The apartment was clean and everything was in good working condition. A nice, open living room area was perfect for hanging out and an excellent barbecue restaurant just downstairs.

We had a wonderful stay at the property and would definately rebook if we head up to do the sights of Cleveland again! Very close to R&R museum, West side market and a really cool find- the Bop Stop ( small local jazz venue). Within 2 block walk of BBQ and bakeries (nice find!) We did see several micro breweries and restaraunts a short drive away. The neighborhood and building look historic, but the apartment is wonderful inside! Very clean, nicely laid out and all the amenities of home (plus thoughtful assortment of snacks and coffee drinks from our host) We did not use backyard, but there is a cozy open air porch, firepit and patio furniture. Finally, shout out to our exceptional host, Phillip! He was prompt to respond to any question and checked in a couple times to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

This place was perfect for our family. It was super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The apartment is comfortable and attractively decorated with great attention to detail. The amenities are impressive, including effective AC, a dishwasher, an air fryer, in-unit laundry, an huge walk-in closet, and a ceiling light Bluetooth speaker. Everything was easy and convenient. Phillip communicated proactively.

This was amazing. We have stayed in other places similar to this but never as amazing. It’s a city paradise on the 2nd floor of an older building. We were greeted with a kind note, well lit rooms, and all the space we desired. You walk in to see a cozy chair, amazing record player on top of a bar. The pool/ping pong table was the hit for our kids. They spent most of our free time playing pool and cards. The living room has a huge tv, leather sofa, and a cozy blanket I didn’t want to give up. Our kids stayed in a cozy bedroom with a queen bunk bed, cozy sleeper sofa, and a little arcade. My daughter slept on the bottom bunk and loved the touch of hanging lights near her bed. The closets in all rooms were more than ample. The bathroom has a ceiling light with Bluetooth speaker. The master bedroom had a king/queen bed with a foam mattress. The lighting in that bedroom is perfect. You could adjust the brightness next to your bed. The closet was the size of a small room. If I could only have that closet at home. Then you had a laundry room fully stocked which led to the back of the complex and yard. I saw a grill, outdoor seating area, and lots of flowers from the shrubbery coming down. The kitchen was fully stock. There were chips, chocolates, protein bars, items for s’mores, rice a roni cups, popsicles, iced coffee, a nespresso machine with frother, etc. There were all the necessary kitchen items PLUS! Our host was very sweet and kind. I’d stay here again anytime. Such a gem!
