Chamonix was amazing. Although my family and I were terribly disappointed the sauna was not working. We were told they reset it, however it was never functioning before our check out time.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Would definitely recommend and be happy to stay again.

We did not have high expectations, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. This is less than a year open and there are still some kinks to be worked out, but nothing major for us. Free valet, though we opted to park ourselves, it had a Vegas feel pulling in. Attendants were available and friendly. Not bothered we didn’t want to valet. Check in was reasonable. All fees and expectations were communicated. Our room was great! Clean and had nice upgrades. Only complaint is there is no bathroom fan, minor detail. Ate at the buffet shortly after opening. Food was fresh with a lot of variety. Desserts were delicious! Crab legs and crème brule was my favorite. Overall it seems pricey but anywhere else probably would’ve ended up about the same (except for the steakhouse). Drinks included as long as you’re gambling. Be patient about that because there was only one server for the table area. She was pretty busy all night. As long as you tip, she’ll check on you. We had a lot of fun at the blackjack and roulette tables all night and ended up ahead too. If we travel this way again, we’d come back for sure. Memorable experience.

Casino visit started out bumpy at check in. Hotel wouldn't honor a valid free night's stay promotion we had, didn't offer any alternate promo, or even offer to buy us a drink for our trouble. We stayed the two nights anyway. The hotel is new and nice, but is seriously under-staffed, resulting in having to wait for a number of standard hotel services and emineties.

The treatment to my disabled Husband was rude and un called for. Several times. Plus we are not members of the Expedia travel so I should of not gotten charged for the three rooms. I had to put a hundred dollar on each room. Im very upset as I cant even reach any management on the phone. Thanks for not returning my call

Overall was a good time. The only thing is when I took a shower in the morning. The shower head fell off the wall and hit my foot, causing a bruise. Also, the soap was not filled, and there was only one robe when there were two guest.

Great place to stay. It could’ve been cleaner but I’m picky. Coffee stain on the floor along with lint and a little debris. Bathroom borders were dusty, but overall, a great stay. Beds were very comfy and decor is really nice.

The room was beyond gross and dirty Greasy light switch’s and crumbs from chips all over the floor and hair in the bed. Gross gross gross

The hotel is nice however, the front desk service is left to be desired, mainly one young girl that appeared to be in a leadership role. She was rude and indifferent. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower. You have to literally crawl into the tub over a large marble frame. The tub is extremely slick and very dangerous. I couldn’t keep my feet from slipping. Almost fell several times. When I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk, she was very indifferent. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, the fire alarms we being tested and constantly going off in the room for at least two hours. The safes don’t work yet and the room has no desk. Nice hotel but still needs work.

Called for information day before arrival-called back three days later. No use of the fridge in the room. No microwave. Bell, Valet, and Room Service excellent. Fun play in casino. Beautiful setting!

We travel a lot and thought we’d try your hotel and Loved this place! The staff was awesome

It's a new, beautiful hotel in Cripple Creek. Our room was nicely decorated. While the staff were all friendly, they consistently did not answer some basic questions such as "What time do you think our room will be ready." We were advised they could not tell us. There is a $40 fee to empty the room fridge so a guest can use it. It feels as if the hotel is still working out some kinks. We would still go again. The pool deck isn't to be missed (although the bar is lacking.)

We waited until after check in time to avoid the rush. After waiting in line for almost 30 minutes we were told our room wasn't ready. They advised us to go to player services and get players cards while we waited. So we did..... And waited in another line. This time for only about ten minutes. By the time we finished at players services, our room was ready. This time we were sent to the concierge....where we waited in line again. When we got to our room it was clean but it only had one robe and one set of slippers. Our room accommodated four so I was surprised there wasn't at least two robes. Our room also had a strange feature - a sliding barn door to see into the bathroom, specifically the shower. The shower couldn't be accessed from the door but you could slide it open to see in. It was just odd.

The mini bar was barely stocked and very unnecessary, a mini fridge and microwave would make way more sense

Check in was great. Bed is not comfortable feels old, sinks in and down pillows are hard and flat.

Felt like a Vegas casino...a GOOD ONE!

The rooms were very soundproof and clean, you could not hear your neighbors, however, it was very small and somewhat crowded. No place to sit other than at the desk, but it was so close to the bed, no one could walk around you. The TV did not work, the picture was fine, but the sound was in and out. They had a mini-bar refrigerator. When you open the door it falls forward. There was NO safe in the room.

The property was nice and getting assistance from the staff whenever we needed directions came in handy. The rooms were nice and cool, with walkable areas nearby.

All the staff was wonderful. It’s definitely an upgrade from the other casinos in the area.

Excellent Vegas type hotel casino in beautiful Cripple Creek, Colorado. Staff was very courteous and professional. Pool is nice additional feature.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Our check in was a little rocky. We had to wait until 5pm for our room to be ready.

Check in was delayed . Need more cleaning staff I guess.
