We all had a lovely time

Although this is an older condo complex in need of a few updates and repairs, it is well-kept and the location is great! So close to the rain forest and lots of interesting restaurants. The pool and beach are beautiful and we liked the family-friendly feel. It was very quiet and peaceful. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. We also appreciated the coolers and beach chairs. Plenty of towels but washcloths were nowhere to be found. Some extra garbage bags and shower soap would have been nice also. Overall, a great stay. We would come again!

We had a little trouble finding the property with the GPS when we arrived but it was smooth sailing after that. Only two things is that we could not find extra toilet paper and we were looking forward to the coffee but the canister was empty. The first two days the.power did go out from about 5 am to noon. We took that as a sign to just hit breakfast early. The place was very clean and the beds very comfortable. It was empty when we stayed so it was very quiet. We always felt safe. We were not aware that most.restsurants close early during the week but we adpated. We had a great time and look forward to going to back sometime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days! The condo is as pictured. The location is great! Yo hang gives very good recommendations for things to go and places to eat!

We loved staying here. The condo had everything we needed and more. We loved the beach and the pool and the area was very nice. Everyone was very friendly. We were visiting family and it was wonderful to have our own place to come back to each day.

The property was perfect: close to the beach, beautiful pool, the grounds were lush,green and well maintained. All of my questions were answered quickly and graciously. The condo was well equipped and met our needs. The community was decorating for the holidays which made it very festive and fun. I hope to go back for my birthday in June.

I love the area where the property is located. It was so peaceful, with a private beach. I enjoyed every minute of it. There was a bit of a hiccup when we first arrived but that was taken care of immediately. I would definitely stay there again. A tranquil place to stay with family when visiting Puerto Rico.

We Loved our stay at this Beach Condo, 30 minutes from Airport easy to get to- has everything you need.. Close to Luquillo Kioskos and Great places to eat and shop and we were not ready to leave, Condo is spotless Beds are very comfortable and kitchen is Beautiful- you will fall in love with this property, the Awesome Beach and Pool, we would love to stay again . Also i left something behind and Johanys made sure that Karla got it back to me ...You definitely ROCK!! THANK YOU!!!

We traveled as 2 couples. Easy fast communication w hosts!!We had plenty of space for privacy and togetherness. Beach & pool is an easy 3 min walk. Loved having a washer/dryer in unit! Definitely need a car to visit all the great restaurants and local attractions around town. The only recommendations I would give to owners if you can add more chairs to patio and hooks to hang items in bathrooms/bedrooms.

Spent a week at this location for our family trip. We enjoyed the location and all of the beach supplies available for the kids to use!

This is my 3rd time staying in this condo and it's very clean and has everything you need. The blow dryer at the condo stopped working and Yohanys had one at the door within the hour, she's an amazing host. I highly recommend this condo as it's literally a 90 second walk to the beach.

We absolutely loved our time in PR and this property added to the amazing experience we had. Typically, where you stay is just a place while you enjoy the area... but this property added to the experience. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The beach itself was even better; private, beautiful and easy to access. The resort was clean and well maintained. The actual property where we slept had a lot of good things, a lot of great things... absolutely no negatives. The hosts provided just about everything you could think of to enjoy our time. Our vacation kayaking, visiting landmarks, motor-boating, snorkeling was an A+... this property added another +. We're already looking at booking our next vacation and this is at the ABSOLUTE top of the list and first choice. The property owner was terrific as well... providing thorough and easy to follow instructions.

We were extremely pleased during our 8 day stay with everything from the comfort of the beds, variety of amenities, cleanliness to Yohanys’ responsiveness to our needs. The location was perfect - just steps from the beach and pool, rainforest, restaurants, grocery stores, kiosks, etc. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Puerto Rico. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a great stay here. The condo had all the necessities we needed and it was the quietest unit we ever stayed in. We were steps away from the private beach which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!

We had a great stay. The condo well equipped with everything we needed. We spent lots of time at the beach. The beach was not crowded and the condo complex was quiet but kid friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained. The owner was attentive and communicative was excellent. We would stay here again.

The property was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable, close to the beach, and had everything we needed. We packed a cooler and spent a lot of time at the beautiful beach. There is a lot to do in the area as well. The washer and dryer were so convenient. We would love to return!

My wife, and two kids (18 and 12), had an absolutely wonderful stay in the condo that was about 150 yards off of the beach. Being that close to the water and having access to what seemed like a semi-private beach was amazing. Our host, Yohanys, was incredibly helpful with any issues or questions we had and gave great recommendations on where to eat, and attractions to see. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including items for the beach (chairs, boogie boards, towels, cooler, etc) . The outdoor patio made for great eating experiences with the family in the morning and at night. The attention that Yohanys put into the property, and the attention that she gave to my family, will likely have me coming back again.

We loved our stay in this 2 bedroom condo. The beach was only a short walk and was almost private. We really enjoyed using the cooler, beach chairs, and boogie boards provided--great waves in front of the property for boogie boards. The condo was very clean, comfortable & the perfect size for my husband & me, and my teenage daughter. We loved having a nice kitchen and often read on the balcony. The property is gated and felt very safe--very quiet with not many people when we were there. The location was great- close to El Yunque rain forest, Luquillo Beach (nice beach with fun food kiosks) and a short drive to Fajardo for the bio-bay kayak tour. We ate dinner a couple nights at the Wyndham resort which was only 5 min away. Yohanys was an awesome host--provided some great recommendations for restaurants and was very quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. We had some issues with hot water for showers, but everything else was wonderful. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Really loved the place. Has easy access to the beach and the swimming pool. A veranda to be outside with a view on ocean and pool. Small hiccup with security guard when arriving the first night, quickly resolved with Yohanys responding quickly at midnight PR time. The apartment was as advertised with comfortable beds and beach equipment. The showers were warm. We checked out the restaurants in the area - many good choices within a 5-10 minute drive. We ventured out to Luquillo and El Yunque - all quick to get to. In 4 days we got 2 weeks worth of relaxation.

We were so happy with our stay here. The location was beautiful and the walk to the beach was so close. They even provided chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for my toddler. The location was very convenient for getting to Luquillo, San Juan and the national forest. We were so happy with our stay and will definitely return!

Awesome 2br condo 2min walk from the beach, plenty of amenities to include beach chairs, sand toys, boggie boards, and more! 2 min walk to pool, large playground. Condo complex is in a gated area with security guard, very secure and safe. 2 parking spaces but only used 1. Overall great place, would come back, perfect for family vacation but this isn't some fancy resort. Beds were comfortable. Towels and beach towels provides. Hope to come back.

What a wonderful trip to Isla del Encanto. I could not have been more impressed. From the moment I messaged Yohanny I knew that this was the property for us. Everything was listed exactly as described. The home was extremely comfortable, in the best location and the community and beach were just perfect. We used the cooler each day at the beach, the comfy beach chairs, boogie boards (very safe beach but there are some waves to play in…) The pool was located in the center of the community and family friendly. Having a fully stocked kitchen with a full refrigerator was amazing. (2) full baths to allow my teenage daughter her own space and wonderful comfy beds. I simply cannot wait to return. Yohanny even had some suggestions for restaurants and locals shops that were perfect. SPOTLESS home. I felt like I was at home too. Choose this property, you will have no regrets.

My wife and I enjoyed walking on the beautiful beach. Property was as expected other than a little tricky to take a warm shower. We followed the property managers suggestions for nearby restaurants and they were all wonderful. We can't wait to return. Thanks for a great stay

Condo had everything we could have wanted and more. This was our first trip back to Rio Grande in years. Beach is quiet and almost private. Our host was amazing and very gracious. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We'll be back for sure!

This property exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was provided. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

V clean. Higher end bedding, towels, etc. Very comfortable layout. Quick and easy access to beach. Host is very accomodating and easy to contact; responds to issues like burned out light bulb immediately. The belchany is great for evening socializing and viewing the ocean/beach. Beach is v clean and a cove providing safet areas for kids and plenty of beach for walks. We have not been at a better condo over the years visiting and stayed here the past several times. Major and convenient stores are very near. You will be very pleased with your stay. 10 stars!

We enjoyed our stay despite losing power one day and water on a different day, which is out of anyone’s control. The condo was clean and the beds comfy! The beach is beautiful and they have lots of extras for you to use- cooler, chairs, boogie boards, etc. thank you for having us!

This is by far one of the best apartments I have ever rented in this area. It has everything you need for an excellent family vacation. My grandsons enjoyed the morey boogie boards and honed their body surfing skills. There are plenty of beach toys for the kids. The apartment is well equipped, well appointed, and has everything you need for a great stay. The location couldn't be better, whether you are planning a visit to el Yunque or to Viejo San Juan, or just want to spend all day at the beach, it's good to know that you are close to everything. Yohanis is a great host, always available to respond to our questions . We had a great time here. I highly recommend this place.
