Property was in a good location - less than a 15 minute walk from Wembley stadium and it’s a straight road pretty much Quick and easy check in and check out

- It’s not in an amazing area and we could hear the traffic from the dual carriage way - There was no cutlery, cups, plates, bowls, saucepans, toaster etc within the room - this was not told prior to arrival or in the description, when we asked the reception desk for a spoon they said they don’t have any and can’t provide us with one - there was no clear instructions on where the wifi details was - when asking reception they said it was in a cupboard within the room, never stated which one or where abouts - staff overall were not helpful - the bed slats were broken and no other room was available they were also unable to provide a different bed

Property was spacious. Layout was lovely with a nice size bathroom! We enjoyed been on a higher floor to have a lovely view. Location isn’t too far away from anything however for further distance the tube is right across the street.

We personally weren’t bothered about this however for longer stay bring your own cups/plates etc as this isn’t in with The room :)

Comfy room, staff were very helpful.

Check in was from 15:00pm, however our room wasn’t ready until well after 16:00pm. There was no hand soap or shower gel available. There was a selection of coffee and tea with a kettle, but no mugs, and there were no glasses/plates either in the kitchen area. The staff advised us the TV remote for the room had also been lost, so we couldn’t use this either.

The fridge and kitchen was great for our packed lunches. The shower was amazing. The bed was as comfortable.

No TV and the shower drain did take a while to empty so it did nearly flood.

The property was lovey it was very clean the staff was all lovely and there were lots of facilities to enjoy. Starting with the bar it was cheap and cheerful and even had free pool and a gym for guest. We had breakfast here one morning and it was standard menu as I don’t think they have a proper kitchen but we were happily filled up. We had two twin rooms both were clean and had plenty of room for our stay however, there was not one single bit of cutlery in any rooms no spoons to mix your complimentary coffee and no milk. We couldn’t cook food in the kitchen as there was no cutlery to cook with I’m assuming this is because these are rented room as well but for a short stay this was sort of useless. We also payed the same price but one of them had a tv and the other didn’t with having no wifi in the room this made our down time in the evening kinda boring but the stay was still lovely and we ended up at the pool table most nights anyways. We were in the area for green day show and the tube stop was right outsides the building that could go one stop to Wembley central which was a short walk to the arena and on the way home after a busy show we were able to walk all the way back to the accommodation missing the traffic of the tube (this was by choice and took us about 20-25minutes) The tube also went to a few stops to the main circle line for all the big attractions it was the perfect location and stay and despite minor things like the cutlery and tv we would still 100% stay again because the accommodation was just beautiful and in the perfect location and all the staff were lovely and accommodating you definitely pay for what you get!!
