Nice property and close to the beach

Great place all around. House was clean and organized, the location was just a 15 minute walk to the heart of Folly (and 2 minutes to the beach), and the check-in process was super easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was just perfect for our needs. Everyone enjoyed their stay. We loved the proximity to the beach and the Folly vibe! Would definitely do it again.

We were very happy with the comfort and location of our rental. We were able to easily walk downtown for dinner at each night and couple be on the beach in a couple minutes. I would and hope to stay here again!

I have been coming to Folly for decades and this is just the type of place I love to stay. It is clean, comfortable, bright, and so close to the beach. Most days and eves were spent on the porch, the kitchen had all I needed to cook and it just felt so lovely and spacious and airy. The light coming in through the branches in the morning on the porch was heavenly! It felt like great value for what you receive. The host was responsive and kind. A great casual spot to unwind!

Super close to the beach. House was just what we were loiking for in a beach rental. The screen porch was really nice.

We went for a low key bachelorette party weekend. It was exactly as described. Parking was great in the back. The living space is massive with a ton of windows and natural light. Highly recommend.

It was a great stay

We wanted somewhere clean, family of 5 kid-friendly, within walking distance to the beach and that is exactly what we got. This place was cute and just about anything you might expect was provided and even some extras, beach toys etc. AnD even some much needed bug spray and baby powder 😉 the owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. If we ever make it back to folly we would definitely stay here again.

This was the best place to stay for my family on our beach vacation this year. The house was within walking distance to the beach and super clean! The owners even let us use their umbrella and beach chairs and toys for our daughter! It's a beautiful house and we really appreciated how family-friendly this house was. Thank you!

The property was exactly as listed. Kevin was EXTREMELY helpful! Kevin gives you his cell number and responds very timely. At the last minute I realized we couldn’t fit all our beach chairs in the car so I texted to see if there were any at the house. Kevin told me not to worry and when we arrived there were 3 beach chairs waiting! The house is a quick walk to the beach and we walked to town at night for supper ( nice plus because parking can be $10-30 near Center Street). This is a duplex so there are steps so if stairs are an issue that would be the only drawback for this house, luckily that’s not an issue for us. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Had a great time in upstairs rental. It was light with all the windows and enjoyed the large screened in porch daily for coffee, cocktails and games in the evening. Great location, short walk to beach but far enough away from action.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location to the beach was short and great for walking the dogs. Also just a short walk to all the restaurants on Center St. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent time at this Folly Beach Property. The location was great; walking distance to beach and main drag. The property was exactly as described. Everything was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch.

We had a very relaxing time. The location was perfect and the house was stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home.

Staying at Seaside Folly was like being in a big, airy treehouse! The porch is huge, and surrounded by trees, and the common area is VERY spacious. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with new-looking appliances, dinnerware and cook wear. Everything you could possibly need. My bed squeaked but it was comfy anyway. 2-3 minute walk to the beach - perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The property is located very close to the beach and a nice playground.

My wife and I took enjoyed four nights at the house. We brought our two dogs who had a blast as well. The house is a quick walk from the beach and dining so there were a few days where we didn't need the car. The house was well stocked and very clean. We'll definitely be back.

Pretty good place to stay. The owner is super nice. There was a problem with the tv. He came and set up a new one.The outside could use some clean up and over growth cut.

The property was spacious and in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. It’s a causal, non-fussy place to stay…a bit dated but comfortable…has most of the utensils and things you need…including a great grill.

This rental was perfect for our Labor Day getaway! Our experience was consistent with many of the other reviews: great location, close to the beach, quiet, clean and Kevin (the property manager) is an excellent communicator and quick to respond if we needed anything. Highly recommend and we’ll def book this one again!

Very nice little property, very convenient to the beach. Super appreciate the outdoor shower. We spent a lot of time relaxing, reading, etc... in the large covered and screened porch...ate all of our meals here. Will try to repeat here next year if it can work out.

This was as perfect as you can get location-wise with not being oceanfront. A very short walk to the beach, to the center of town, and great amenities throughout. The screened-in porch was great for relaxing and meals. Kevin, the host, was great a communicative. Would recommend!
