Great stay for a family of 4. Loved the ping pong table. The only hiccup was that we were delayed check-in by a couple of hours due to property still needing to be cleaned. Fortunately, my dad lives a block away, so we waited at his house. Pull out sofa was great for a teenage boy wanting extra space, not wanting to share a room with his teen sister.

The Cardiff Retreat is very much as advertised. Everything was new or recently updated. The barbecue and view from the porch make for a lovely dinner venue. The game room in the garage was a great play area for my grandson who visited. The unit is .5 miles up hill from the beach so not walkable (at least not for us) but an easy drive. The benefits of being up the hill are the view and breeze. We will rent this place again.

The views are fantastic and the home is very comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars is the kitchen has only basic dishware and it would not be possible to cook an entire meal there.

The apartment was equipped with everything you would need very accommodating. Beds were comfortable. View was amazing and the drive to the beach was short.

What a lovely weekend that was! My life and mind needed to slow down and Cardiff was the place to do it. This property was perfect.The view was killer! Getting to the beach is always a treat for us. Falling asleep and waking up to a panoramic view of the coastline was an added bonus. The biggest risk of not sleeping at home is missing my bed but thankfully the bed was super comfy! There were chairs available to bring down to the beach along with a cooler. This rental has many thoughtful conveniences. My inner child got all excited when I saw they also have a game room in the garage with a 1980’s video console. It was so awesome to play Pac-Man and Centipede again. (No quarters necessary)The restaurants and bars are just a short walk down the hill. We really didn’t have to worry about groceries or anything, there were great breakfast spots and a brewery close by. It was a very quiet neighborhood, btw. I didn’t even need my earplugs!Can’t wait to get back!!
