Check in was bland. The staff had limited greeting and hospitality. It wimould be considered as rude. I did have to question the staff what I am signing after the flipped an ipad around and told me to sign. He then looked at his co-worker concerned. I had to explain that imI would just like to know what I am signing. The common area was busy with guest checking and out. Some just loitering. The clientele appeared to be transients. The room was quaint and run down. It came with a stove for cooking but absolutely no cooking utensils, cups, plates, etc. Pointless to offer if guest have to lug their own around. The hallway carpet hasnt seen a vacuum since it opened in 1960. Overall, I would probably stay since ive seen worse.

Nobody cleans the throw up by the back entrance. It’s been 3 days now and all someone did was put a towel over it and it looks as if someone threw up their entire meal at a buffet. I’ve never seen so much throw up from a person or possibly a dog. They do have a lot of cameras there but this place is active with prostitution and drugs. And there is nobody ever at the front desk. You always have to press their ring door bell and they come down to serve you but it takes way too much time for them to come down and it’s just pure laziness. The pros of this place is your bed is comfy unlike other motels and I like how you get a kitchen. The rooms are nice but the outside could use some help. I do see the maids every day cleaning up all the trash outside. Not cleaning the throw up and the back entrance is always open and even when it’s closed all you have to do is give the door a hard tug and I mean hard and the door opens so the lock itself is broken. Making anyone outside be able to come inside as they please.

The room has cockroaches!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!! The room had both garbage cans full of garbage from the previous guests. It had no toilet paper or soap in the room. The bedding had stains on it. This is not an extended stay! It is owned by a private party that is only looking to make money. They should be sued.

Bed was old & flat with dips in it bathtub was black on the bottom. It says breakfast but when i came to the lobby there was no one and only 3 granola bars no coffee only hot water and 2 packs of instant oatmeal. And no one to explain or help i dont call that breakfast room was diety there was dirt in the drawers where you couldnt use them. Couldnt & wouldnt take a shower in that discusting tub. No toliet paper holder. Remote was broken. All in all an atrocious place to stay. Never again.

weird environment

This is my second stay with this establishment. It was a home away from home air to it so comfortable. They’re pet friendly and the other customers are nice. The room was big, comfortable and spacious with kitchen included. King Suite, the Queen Suite is nice but it appears smaller than the King Suite. They’re dog and cat friendly.

Horrible and rude unhelpful staff.

The shower floor was awful, I had to put a towel down. Very dirty inside, the fridge had stains on it, chair had white stuff over it god knows what that was. The location has good reviews idk how... I'm under the impression they are bots. All residents living in the hotels and it shows, out side area smells like wet dog. Stairs smell like pee. I understand why the price was what it was there wasn't no "silver member deal" the hotel ups the price just to give discounts to attract people. Multiple other nice vehicles parked outside from what I'm assuming under the same impression with the reviews. The picture are probably from 3+ years ago. Very stingy with the towels? Like ok it's a towel. Key for room deactivated every night, after doing 30k steps at Disney it's a inconvenience to have to walk all the way down to reprogram. Pros : in and out was a 2 min drive.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It smelled like pee and marijuana in the halls. My room smelled sour, almost like bad milk. There were a lot of shady people in the parking lot at all hours of the night. The staff was alright but not helpful. My room did not have a full set of towels and when asked for more, the staff said they didn’t have any. The “included” breakfast was oatmeal and nutrigrain bars. Not worth the money.

Room 224 was the room issued to us and it had a horrible smell like someone died in there. The smell was unbearable, you wouldn’t be able to stay in there for more than 5 minutes. There was also cockroaches in the room. We canceled our stay and left immediately. I would not recommend this place to anyone it is not livable.

The hand towel was dirty there was a bath mat and hand towel hanging from the shower curtain I can only assume for the last guest. The shower leaked non-stop and window screen had large holes in it. The AC did not do AC just blew luke cool air. The studio set up would be nice if the room wasn't in such poor condition both from a maintenance and house keeping perspective.

Witnessed domestic abuse people were yelling cussing fighting in room and hallway.

Overall if you are looking for an affordable option to stay it will get the job done. We checked in and found our room clean but sadly the refrigerator and kitchen wasn't in the best of conditions. The 1st morning we went down to the grab and go breakfast about 30 minutes into it opening and there was nothing there. The staff wasnt motivated to keep it stocked so we did have to contact hotels.com which they then threw some danishes and ganola bars into the baskets and brought coffee. Later in the day we came back to find that if you want housekeeping you have to request it at the front desk, so we put in a request with the front. After 2 days of staying we still had no visits from housekeeping so hotels.com had to intervene again. We had encountered a couple arguing in the room next to us the 1st night but ignored it. By the 2nd night the arguing continued until early in the morning so loudly that we had to call the front desk which called the room twice. We had to call the front again since they started back up again after the phone calls. The staff went and knocked on their door and they did quiet down. The 3rd night the couple in the room became lound again and we could hear the man yell obscenities and threaten to beat his wife followed by screams. We had to call the police which resulted in 5 cop cars coming to the room next to us. The following day and after 3 nights of not sleeping we asked for the people to be moved. Thankfully the staff moved them.

The studio room had a small kitchen with a full refrigerator, stove,and microwave. For the price it was so worth it. Close to the northwoods inn, knotts, disneyland resort and so much more.

I stayed for 4 days and they reset my key everyday and I had to go to the office everyday. Another girl complained about her key it's like they pick and choose who they do it to. They be all in the guest business. It's non smoking I have to smoke in my car here comes the maid suddenly cleaning around my car. I didn't feel safe the whole trip.

When we got there to check in two sheriffs were at the property handling some kind of dispute and stopped the flow of check in because only one person available to do so. There were also quite a few people outside smoking and in their cars like a hangout.

Verry quiet fry close clean staff verry helpfull. Will recomend to all my family and friends.

The stairwell reeked of urine and there were screaming people in the parking lot. It was dirty and felt unsafe.

Place was dirty, first room sink was clogged, roaches on the floor and AC wasn't working. They offered us a second room which was full of graffiti from the bathroom to the fridge and even inside the drawers. Also it is advertised to have breakfast included, their idea of breakfast is coffee and the option of either a granola bar OR a pack of instant oatmeal.We stayed for 1 night as we had no other options. Next day we cancelled the remaining booked nights we had and moved elsewhere. Looks like it is used as a homeless shelter.

The property was so dirty. Smelled terrible of marijuana, mold, dog. Noisy! Homeless people hanging around the lobby. Trash left under the bed. When you look online it says permanently closed! I’ve never felt so gross from staying somewhere. I’ve never had a hotel call me before I arrived since it was later in the evening arrival, to ask if I was still coming. I would never recommended this hotel to anyone.

Easy and fast check in, wonderfully pet friendly, not spotless but clean and no smells (and I’m a super smeller!), price was right! There were construction noises in the room nextdoor, but luckily those subsided before bedtime. The immediate area doesn’t have much to offer, however its near the highway and there are lots of food/businesses within a short drive. Me and the pups plan to stay here every time we visit my daughter at Biola U nearby!

The room had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. The shower had long dark hair all over, the floors were DISGUSTING, our feet looked black after walking around in the room for the first hour. The fridge didn’t work and it took them 3 days to even acknowledge that it wasn’t working and do anything about it. Had to throw away our groceries. Outside the rooms, we found drug paraphernalia on the floor in the hallways, scary and sketchy people everywhere. Mind you I was there with my 10 year old son! To top it off I had to order some medication from CVS and the delivery guy placed the order right outside our door by the time I opened the door the package was gone. Customer service was definitely not their forte.

Staff was very friendly, had to change rooms due to a booking mishap (our fault), and they got us moved quickly to a new room. However, the new room had garbage under the bed and someone else's food in the cabinets
