Good: Master bedroom is huge. Rooms themselves are clean and beds are comfortable. Not so good: musty smell in the hallway (not noticeable in the room). Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles.

This is listed as a bed and breakfast but there was no breakfast and no sign or mention if breakfast.

Great place near downtown Charlottetown. Pretty place, clean, easy to communique with host. Everything was working well, would totally recommend the place :)

Large rooms in a big old house. Great atmosphere.

Andy’s house is a dem! Exactly what a property on Prince Edward Osland should be, and the communication was excellent. We definitely were pleased with our stay and would book again.

Great old hole newly resonated. Room was large with high sealings. We really liked it.

This place operates more like an AirBNB; we never interacted with a staff member. However the instructions we received we excellent so that was no problem. The house is attractive. We got a 2-room suite with very large rooms. There was only one portable air conditioner that didn’t even manage to fully cool the room it was in and the other room was very hot. The shower is terrible; definitely need a plumber to fix the controls and replace the shower head with something decent. My daughter had hot water for a shower at night but in the morning I only had hot water for about 30 seconds and then it was ice cold. The hallway smelled like a stale Chinese restaurant but the smell did not permeate into the rooms. All in all still decent value for what we paid and if they fix the plumbing issues it will be great.

Very quite. It would have been nice to some chairs out front.

No AC as advertised, unless you count a swivel fan and a window. Though the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the room was exceptionally small. No common space to dine or hang out; not even outside. I never met the host. If you want a cheap room, this will do but don’t expect much more.

We just loved this brand new renovated blue house! The rooms were all renovated with modern amenities but still decorated in time period furnishings. Andy, was exceptional and was communicative, accommodating and went the extra mile to meet our needs for our stay.

Great place to stay, close to town, amenities were great!

This is a gem. My new favorite spot! Sebastien was a fantastic host and a true gentleman. The room was super cute and definitely large enough for 2 people to feel comfortable. There is a shuttle boat that will take people and their bikes to the park across the lake.

Andy is a wonderful host. His Blue house is clean, quiet, and in a great location.

A delightful small property in a big, old mansion nicely renovated with an on-site owner who really cares. I wish I had the time to stay another day.
