The front desk people were so friendly and nice it’s was very easy to check in and it was close to all the places we wanted to go.

First off .. there was young teens twerking and showing there bare ass on the stairs 2nd my tv wasn’t working and no ever came to fix it

Bad visit on the last of a 4 night trip had people arguing and fighting in in the hallway called front desk several times they did nothing called the manager next day and he seemed to not care about my experiance and was totaly indiffrent to what i went through with lack of sleep and having to make a 13 hour drive

Was a bit scary because we had to call 911 . A guest had a gun and the lady’s husband told us to call while we were just relaxing outside . That was scary and your swimming pool has spiders and very dirty . The rooms it’s self smells like pee, the bed sheets with holes

The refrigerator didn't work well. We cranked it up to full power and went to Disneyland. When we returned someone had turned it all the way down. After our three day stay our food had rotten. The soaps and shampoos will be filled if you ask but they dont automatically. I paid about $100 a night, It was like a $70 a night room/hotel.

We were very disappointed with our stay that we cut it short and relocated to another property. Roaches, dated rooms, pipes exposed coved with mini fridge, People knocking on our door looking for people, had to fix the window screen , really not for us Hopefully it was a bad room but we will definitely not return here 😞😞😞

Staying at Motel 6 downtown Palm Springs has been a pleasant experience, My room has a nice view of the mountains & the main drag here in town, I would recommend it to anyone who needs a room on a budget, pet friendly stay.

The bed actually gave me the best sleep I’ve had in years.

The staff member, Ray, was very unprofessional after I confronted him about making a scanned copy of my ID and Credit Card. He was very dismissive and had very rude responses. I checked in and immediately found a roach crawling on the floor. I went back to see and showed Ray the video & photo of the roach. He upgraded me to a larger room towards the very far back. The back of the property and sketchy and dangerous with loitering, trash digging, drunk individuals. Even saw a prostitute in a van with a client. I could have put all that aside if i didnt have to call my credit card and ask them to send me a new credit card since they putting our personal information and credit cards at risk. Will not be going back here anytime soon.

This was a great hotel for the price and was even a little bigger than most standard hotel rooms. I found the bed very comfortable. I would definately stay again.

The place is old and needing some serious renovations. It was dirty, had bloody toilet paper roll in the dispenser, blood on the walls, the shower barely worked and drained, the pool area was very dirty. All around dirty and in poor condition. We had constant problems with our room keys even if we left them away from our phones. The only good thing was the staff.

My son was ill and so we could not travel to California and Howard Johnson Buena Park REFUSED to provide any refund whether partial or full. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

All the area smells like cigarettes the breakfast was okay just cereal waffle and white plain bread this is a very very old building but for the price I guess you get what you pay for great deal.
