This stay, room, amenities were the best we’ve had in 20 years!!

This place was clean and sleek and wonderful. I wanted to swim early but pool isn’t open until 9am. The workout room was available though.

I had a last min decision to bring our family dog to this trip. I was under the impression this property is dog friendly. Well, when I brought it up to both host, their first response towards me was the property was overbooked. Even though I booked a suite weeks from showing up. Their expressions were clear that my business was an inconvenient. After spending quite some time listening to both parties bicker where to put my family, they finally found a room. Second issue I came across, the phone did not work in my room. I called for an extra blanket, because the blanket they provided in the room was sheer thin. The host for that evening responded by “You can pick one up in the lobby.” This may not be a huge deal, but of all the traveling I’ve done, never have I ever been told to grab linens myself. I’m accustomed to exceptional services. Unfortunately, this property did not exceed my standard.

It also has an outdoor pool, fitness center, and on-site laundry services. For the most part, we were pleased with our stay until we had an issue with Rosie and Elizabeth (General Manager). Bottom line, I did not appreciate being gaslighted nor having a finger pointed in my face. Furthermore, I was appalled by Elizabeth's racist insinuations and lack of professionalism. We've stayed at several Hilton locations, and this was by far the worst customer service experience.

The general manager was great. She is very observant and efficient. We only had one issue with the cleanliness. It had old soap stuck with shaved hairs in areas that shouldn’t have been missed, if cleaned.

Breakfast is microwave food… paper thin walls makes it so you can hear everything…. Pool was down for most of the stay and staff wouldn’t do anything about it… cleaning staff was rude and seemed bothered that I was there even though I never had them clean my room or interacted with them…

Always the cleanest and quietest hotel! We've stayed here almost 10 times now.

We really enjoyed our stay! We came into town earlier than expected. The staff was kind enough to let us check in early since there were some rooms available already. We checked in with no issues. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. Everything was stocked in the bathroom and the kitchen area. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. We loved the breakfast bar! A lot of choices, and we liked how we can make our own waffles. Would definitely come back again!
