The property was very nicely decorated all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was quite spacious and very quiet for sleeping.
I thought that they could provide one bottle of water for coffee for the morning not having to pay 7$s for the water in with the coffee pods.
Free coffee in the lobby would be nice

The door lock would not engage. When you turn the Jacuzzi tub on the waterline leaks.

The property is ok but the room was not too clean, there was dirt and hair in the whirlpool tub that we paid extra for so we didn't use it. The room was in a noisy part of was of the hotel just under the roof top patio and we we heard the constant shufflingofchairs. .The air-conditioner was loud and we didn't sleep well at all. $300.00 is allot to pay for a poor night sleep.

Extremely low soundproofing performance between the rooms and from the hallway. Woke up in the middle of the night from the noise of my neighbor taking a shower and then door slamming in the early morning hours. Not the guests’ fault but simply poor architectural/acoustical design of the property.

The telephone can't work, the technical person coming, but can't solve the problem, then nobody take care further. there is no kettle supply, no cloth hanger at closet. The breakfast is expensive and poor. I would like to recommend dining outside.

Water leaking from AC inside the room I called. The customer service said nobody available at this time. They just give me a towel to put in top of the water. They said Somebody looked at when we get to check out. after that

This hotel was amazing. Even with the construction, there was minimal noise. The roomed were clean and spacious. The staff (from the front desk to the wait staff to the x construction workers) knocked it out of the park. We even had a flat tire. Not inly did they help to find a garage, they pumped it up and even checked with us at the garage to be sure we didn’t need any follow-up help. Just amazing!
The area around had a grocery, dollar store and a few restaurants too. Slightly larger than a small town. It was close to everything.

When we booked the hotel we knew they were renovating.so we set our expectations accordingly. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, one of our rooms had the wrong bed formation. They found us a room close by with the correct formation. All the staff were very polite and friendly. I can't say enough about the dining room staff. Our rooms included free breakfast. It was really good and filling. The staff took the time to talk to us. It was nice. They recognized us the next day and asked us how our previous day of touristing went.

Construction was going on, left was so busy with construction people going with their tools up and down.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room wasn't cleaned every day. They only made the beds and replaced the bathroom towels. The kitchen floor wasn't cleaned for three days.
