It was a nice hotel good food nice pool area nice little room just down fall no hot water n water is smelly .. they didn’t have a lot of sheets on bed so anything u can see the mattress those were my only down fall & about the parking garage was 25 reais for each day u stay

The hotel is dated. No hot water. The food in the restaurant is ok, but nothing better than that. My room had one small window, a curtain that was too short to cover it, and a view of a decaying wall. The mattress was shot on one of the beds. It actually was compacted on one side to the point of having a slope. The towels are ok, but old and on the small side. The front desk staff are superb.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in in Brazil. The reason is service! All people working here are so nice and professional and genuinely want to help you and make your stay good. People at the reception are kind and very polite. They offered to keep my luggage and even if I had to go and repack few times they were always polite and happy to help. My flight was very late at night so they offered me shower at the pool and towels so I can refresh before my trip. The breakfast is good with lots of fruit and warm buffet. And you get all of this with best prices in the zone. This was the cheapest hotel in the area but with this service it is better than any other nearby. I'd happy stay here again.

Property is a tourist type Hotel for families on a budget. It’s not well kept, furniture very worn bathroom needed overhaul and do not stay in rooms that face the main Avenue you won’t be able to sleep due to the traffic noise. I would not recommend if you are on a business trip and require rest, peace and tranquility to work.

Excellent, courteous staff. Great breakfast. No working TV. AC only works with room key, so room was hot every time I returned after a day out.

Arriving late is never a good thing. The hotel was full, the only room left was on the first floor, facing the road in front of the hotel. The noise level was very high. I could not go to sleep until 3:30AM, not a good thing after flying 8hrs. The front desk staff could not do anything, however they told me, they would change me to another room next day. They did!!

I've stayed couple of times in this property and see that it is getting worse. It is not terrible, but some maintenance aspects need to be taken care. Still, location is good, breakfast also.

The customer service specially from IURI, at the front desk, was excepciónal. This gentleman helped me with booking a taxi, recommended some great places for dinner, assisted me with the checked him. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

For the price it was fine. It was well located and close to restaurants and the beach. The rooms were comfortable but needed maintenance. I had toove from my first room because the a/c didn't work and in the 2nd room, the toilet was not bolted to the floor. The free breakfast was great though and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was wonderful. I was very pleased with the Hotel and service. The front desk agents were extremely helpful and kind, Please give Beatrize at the front desk a raise, she deserves to be general manager. 👏😍
