Was pretty disappointed. I had originally booked my hotel stay for 11/28-12/1 and I just wanted to change the dates to 11/27-11/30 which were the same amount of days. Hotels.com called and spoke to a Rianne (sp) and she approved a one time cancellation waiver so I could edit the dates. Well….Hampton Inn didn’t honor their word and ended up charging me 147.00 anyways even though I still kept my reservation for the same amount of days. Hotels.com called again and spoke to a different manager when I noticed the charge and they went back on their word. This will definitely impact me choosing Hampton Inn again. The customer service I experienced regarding this situation was horrible. I could totally understand if I canceled my whole trip or changed the amount of days but that wasn’t the case.

One night stay was great! Nice area, hotel was clean and breakfast area was nice. Food was okay, just wish they offered turkey sausage as well as pork. Also, wish the omelettes didn’t have pork in them or that there was an option for an omelette with just cheese and veggies

The room was clean and smelled clean. They had great options and variety for their breakfast, which was included with the stay.There was some remodeling going on which is the only reason I gave them a 4 star for the property condition and facility. Overall great stay and would book with them again.

The hotel was nice. We were there during the upgrade and our room had been redone. All except the shower head which was pretty terrible.
The room was really nice and updated. The mattress was so comfortable that I want to buy one.
My only complaint was the pool. The reason I went with this hotel was becauae is was one of the only ones around with an outdoor pool. It was “fine” but not the cleanest.

I booked a king room through Expedia, when I arrived they had me in a room with 2 queens….because the hotel was full, I was stuck with two Queens, the hotel is under renovation, so it was a little inconvenient. I did not have the Expedia paperwork that showed my King booking it only showed 1 room, not a specific type. Other than that, the Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

Very comforatable beds. Roomy with a nice layout and very clean. Breakfast offerings were amazing and excellent! The only critical part was it was a three day stay for two people and we requested fresh towels and garbages emptied and it did not happen. Did our best to dry our towels, but really.
