I guess it was a decent accommodation for a last minute trip. The worse thing was to have to pay for parking to park at the hotel! That is crazy to me. There are no other parking lots or any street parking so you have no choice.

NEVER AGAIN!! You have to pay for parking on an open lot, no gates. Noisy and super busy area. Traffic horrible. Parking lot is small and not adequate for all the traffic. Breakfast costs. Very minimal basic channels. I will never stay here again.

I was extremely disappointed in my stay. Outside of the hotel, there was a large piece of metal in the road. Every time a car drove over it, it made a large noise. I tried to call the front desk and they were unable to change our room. We were on a family trip and my kids and I were unable to sleep due to the constant noise. There were also stains on the bedsheets. I was extremely disappointed. I tried to call the front desk and hotels.com for help and wasn’t given any type of refund/compensation. I’m very disappointed. The price for parking was also very steep considering we weren’t downtown. I will not stay at a holiday inn again and am very disappointed in hotel.com’s response.

It was a nice place to stay! It was clean and the staff was friendly & helpful.

They charged for parking but had limited spaces for the number of guests at the hotel. People were creating spaces in the middle of the lot making it hard to navigate. The property had additional parking behind the hotel, where it was unlit, with no entrance to the hotel.

it was a great place, clean, well laid out great customer service. the only problem is they charge to park your car/truck 25 dollars a day. Does that make sense i have to pay to park even though I have a paid room.

Airport shuttle runs 24/7 which made it easy to catch my 6 am flight. Great value and amenities for the money!!

Had some noisy neighbors after 10pm. Restaurant closed. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was clean. AC was not working great, but enough.

Was surprised to find that we had to pay $23 for overnight parking - wasn’t aware. Would have booked elsewhere. The lighting in the bathroom was not very bright & no exhaust fan. The walls in the bathroom were not clean or in the entry hall. Very loud as well. I realize we were by an airport but it t was like a raceway outside. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable and professional.

We chose this hotel due to a short weekend trip flying out of Midway Airport leaving early in the AM and returning late at night. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle with extended parking available on-site. However, when we checked in we were advised that extended parking was only available if we were staying at the hotel each night. How's that supposed to work? Very disappointing. Ended up parking at the airport which was cheaper and easy.

Excellent customer service at check in. Room was very clean, I looked all over the room and didn’t find anything needing cleaning or repair. Very safe, you can’t access hotel floors without a room key. Midway airport departures is a 6 minute drive away. They offer a shuttle but we didn’t use it. Many food options nearby.

Got a lot of noise bleeding into the room from the street and the very busy parking lot. I didn’t read the fine print on parking. Simply seem “Parking Available”, what the meant to say was parking available for a fee in a very small and busy parking lot. Good luck! Lobby was very loud from the music coming from the bar area with lots of people coming and going.

Wasn't in the room 5min before I laid on the bed & bed bugs came out the pillow. Literally 3 big bed bugs came out my pillow while I was laying on the pillow. I jumped up in disgust while checking my body for more bed bugs & snatching my luggage off the bed me & mom. Me & my mom started recording & taking pictures. Only found 1 remaining bed bug on the pillow. Did not stay at the hotel, was forced to leave. Was not reimbursed my money to my knowledge. & Had to pay additional money at another hotel. Drove 8 hrs to Chicago from West Virginia to attend a funeral. I was very disappointed & that experience added more stress to me & my mom that we was already experiencing from losing a family member. Terrible experience

Vehicle window broken out in parking lot overnight at least 10 in parking lot. Havent heard a word from management or an appology or anything.

The hotel was clean and well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was having to pay $20 for overnight parking in their lot. Other than that the stay was great.

I'm not sure if the issues were because of booking through the Hotels.com app or the hotel itself. My family as well as extended family came into town to have a funeral service for my father-in-law. Our stay was less than satisfactory. Here are the issues we encountered:
1. Attention to the parking fee ($20/vehicle/per night) ahead of time would have been appreciated.
2. One of my reaervations was cancelled midway through and my mother-in-law was left to deal with the issues.
3. The atmoshphere was loud... even playing white noise in the hotel room did not froqn out the noise in the hallways.
4. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by excessively loud music and people coming from the bar... not exactly family friendly.
5. The $ transactions were complicated and difficult to work qith.
On a positive note, the hotel was clean and the lady at the front desk that my husband spoke with was exceptional.
