The Fredensborg Hotel is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea in Ronne. It is just stunning. The grounds are beautiful and we had an amazing view from our 2 bedroom suite with a balcony. We loved waking up to the sound of the birds and sea view. The breakfast Buffett was good. We ate dinner in the hotel the first night. Although the dinner was good, it would be nice for the hotel to offer a more extensive menu with some simplier choices. We used the hot tubs which overlooked the sea twice. They were very clean and the water was changed out between uses. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Emil who went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. We will be back.

We had a great stay at Fredensborg Badehotel. Nice facilities and the free use of bikes is great considering the distance to Rønne city also since the on-site restaurant was closed. However, a bit overprized.

A modern refresh of a classic hotel. Stayed for two nights In early August 2020 and used most of their amenities. Staff is professional and friendly, rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern, and feels very similar to hotels in bigger cities like Copenhagen, London etc. Only downside is the lack of air conditioning. We stayed while temperatures where between 25-30c, and the nights was pretty warm even with the balcony doors open all night. Suggest the hotel to get fans for the rooms on such nights.

Beautiful view from the room, a beautiful beach 15 min walk from the hotel. The hike there is a nice walk through a beautiful forest. Very nice restaurant, I highly recommend it for dinner.

Nice and relaxing! Not to crowded. Good size of the rooms with nice balcony. Good with bikes to rent for free. A comfortable stay!

In general a pleasant hotel for a quick getaway. A bit pricy, but hotel prices in Denmark generally are high. Pros: - Most the rooms (not all) have a spectacular view over the Baltic Sea. I strongly recommend a room on the second floor with sea view. - Hotel have couple of outdoor spas with view over the Baltic Sea - great for an afternoon relaxation, with an aperitif. - Nice breakfast buffet. - Staff are very friendly and service minded (very!). Going for some hiking; no problem getting a couple of sandwiches to bring. Leaving very early for the plane; no problem getting breakfast at 5:15 AM. Cons: - Restaurant is very pricy (very!). Quality is good, but in my opinion there is lack of a good quality set menu, for a decent price, without truffles and foie gras. And maybe replacing the Pommes Duchesse with baked mashed potatoes with herbs and spices 😉. On the other hand it’s a matter of personal opinion and taste and it is easy to find alternatives in downtown Rønne nearby (staff at reception can recommend a couple of opportunities 👍). But all in all a nice hotel. Might be back.

Really nice renovated place. There's jacuzzis not allowed for kids. It's a bit outside of the town.
