My husband and I were staying overnight after working all day and driving to the hotel so we could meet family to celebrate my birthday! We were laying in the bed after showering and I went to cover up and told my husband I think a bug just fell on the floor but then we couldn’t find it! When he got up to shut the light off to go to bed I told him there is something on the pillow he quickly turned the light back on only to find a bed bug crawling on the pillow that was 6” from my face. We immediately called room service and were told they could move us across the hall! At that point I was thoroughly grossed out and we cancelled meeting family and drove the 3 hours back home.

I had booked a suit but did not get one. The wifi was not working. When I left i realized i had forgotten something in the room I called the same day and was told the policy is that items forgotten are not kept? I have never experienced that at any other hotel.

The room had an odd smell and there was something on one of the tables, we were not sure what it was and the tub was not clean. We left and did not spend the night

Great breakfast. Room was quiet and comfy. Pool was good, but that area needs more lights. Hot tub wasnt hot. Sauna didnt work at all. Staff at check in was very friendly.

Shower and breakfast were top notch! I didn't use the fridge or microwave but that's great they were there. Swimming pool / hot tub were awesome!

Everything was awesome, great outdoor pool for kids, tasty breakfast. Room was a little stuffy but able to open a window and air it out.

It is a tired property that needs some TLC. It was not dirty but need a thorough cleaning. Beds were comfortable. A reasonable price for the Dells. Breakfast okay although coffee tasted like instant through a machine.

Overall, this place was nice. The beds and pillows weren’t as comfortable as I’ve experienced in other hotels at a similar price range. Room was Clean. Outdoor pool very clean had a waterfall overall very nice area even a spot to barbeque if you wanted to bring some of your own food. Location was convenient close to Pizza Lab and Starbucks and the shopping hub of the Dells.

This hotel has very friendly staff and very well taken care rooms. The indoor and outdoor pool is absolutely wonderful for kids and adults, and also it is very clean. This property is very convenient to the restaurant. It located in a quite area. One more positive thing about this hotel is their breakfast in the morning, which has lots of different choices of food for early birds! We definitely will come back!

Liked it was in quiet, secluded area of Dells but close enough to get to everything quickly.

Some areas were damaged or needs attention due to excessive wear tables in and out of rooms showers and floor at swimming area were extremely hard to walk on and very uncomfortable

We checked into the room after a long motorcycle ride in the heat and were exhausted. We found the shower curtain had been ripped out of the wall laying on the bathroom floor. Staff was notified and immediately came to look into the issue. Unfortunately, maintenance was gone for the day, and we were offered to move to another room. We were tired and decided not to move and deal with the shower curtain. Upon check out the front desk staff notified us that the room rate was being refunded to us due to the issue. This was a pleasant surprise and appreciated.

I choose this hotel for the free Noah’s Ark passes, and price. Location wasnt too far from the park. Overall the hotel was very clean and the indoor pool was warm (including the pool room). The indoor sauna did not work and no signs to indicate so (down fall after a day walking around and enjoying the waterpark).
Breakfast was alright, but Denny’s is next door :)
The lady who put our waterpark wrist bands on didnt do a good job. When i noticed this and asked if i can do it myself, she said it was “hotel policy” that she does it. My bracelet ended up falling off and unable to obtain a replacement.

Great staff very friendly. Breakfast was good and quiet and peaceful. Also the water in pool and hit tub were clean and warm water. Definitely would recommend them and stay there again

The rooms are very nice - the indoor pool needs some TLC and so does the outdoor area - the gates and doors were broken, and we had to walk around. There was a homeless man out by the outside pool in the morning and approached me and my daughter - he was not a guest. The breakfast area is in the lobby and is a long walk and over crowded but they do their best to make it easy for everyone.

I didn't have high hope for this hotel but was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was great, bed were comfortably, and pool area was nice. The hotel is a little older but we would stay there again.
