No one told us the pool and hot tub was closed when we booked and that was the whole point of our trip to relax in the hot tub for our birthday with our kids. Worst birthday ever

It was quite comfortable and the breakfast was not elaborate but good. I would suggest that the public tv’s in the lobby and the dining room be tuned to something other than fox as it was nauseating to hear that praise the criminal trump.

We enjoyed our stay. Good location with good facilities. Quiet environs and good selection at breakfast. Our only complaint was the noisy A/C unit.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. There are nice amenities on the lobby. The rooms are quite roomy, comfortable, and quiet.

The doors were tight to close which makes it loud to close. Rooms were clean, close to shopping and waterfront.
Could have bigger containers for shampoo and body wash.

This appeared to be an older hotel. It could probably use some upkeep on the outside. The mattress was a bit harder than I like. There are some shopping centers within walking distance and a few restaurants. The lobby and dining room were clean.

The complimentary breakfast was very good - homemade oatmeal, waffles, eggs and a meat, plus all the other danishes, breads, fruit, yogurts, cereals, etc. Two staff attended to the breakfast keeping everything clean and fresh.
The hotel itself needs a major update - rooms were musty and smelly, and weren't the cleanest.

They do need to clean the rooms more. We found trash behind our cabinets and some of the floor lamps did not work. Some of the furniture needed some upgrading but mainly just some deep cleaning in the bathrooms and beds.

The facility is older and could use some attention as our toilet was not working on day 2 but the staff was very attentive and accommodating in allowing us to change rooms. And that was because there was no maintenance person on staff at that time to take care of room adjustment or repair issues. Facility is OK and was clean - staff was great!
