I am a snowbird and I love the location of this hotel, and the bed and breakfast. The Night Clerk was very helpful too. I make this my go to location because as a snowbird you have to get through Atlanta on a weekend day.

We could not stay because our beds were dirty with stained sheets. They moved us to another room and that one was dirty as well. We ended up leaving.

There were bugs in my room. I told them about it and they said that they had just sprayed two days earlier. So that was to be expected

I filled out a pre-check-in online and it was for nothing. When I checked in I had to fill out the same paperwork, I had already done previously at the check-in area. What is the point of the pre-check-in!¿!? The door to the room needs to be updated. Light can be seen peaking through (around the frame). And the peephole was distorted as you looked through it.

Breakfast was old and poor quality. Even things like waffles were gross. My kids would not eat anything. But you get what you pay for.

When we arrived to our room it wasn’t very clean. Hairs in the bathroom and on the towels. Surfaces appeared to be cleaned in a rush.

The room was so nasty looking and roaches was crawling on the floor and the smell was awful and I have used this hotel several time but this time I can’t do it anymore

Stayed in two different rooms here. Upstairs was in bad condition. Downstairs in good condition. Staff was nice and beds were clean. Really noisy though but at least its next to a waffle house.

Attendant was super friendly. Guests were loud and rude. Ice machine was broken, toilet was dirty. The area which is not the fault of the hotel was rough. We were approached at 5 in the morning by two strange men asking for money. Told them to back up and leave. Had to threaten to call the cops and pull my pepper spray out to make them leave.

Overall it is a good place to stay. I didn’t like that lamps were not plugged in. It’s very difficult for me to crawl under the table to plug them in.

It was a low cost option that I found acceptable for the price. There was visible disrepair around the property, you had to check in through a window outside the building, and there was a noticeable homeless population next door. Those are not complaints or criticisms. When you pay a low cost, you anticipate those types of situations.

This hotel was disgusting. The mattresses were NASTY! I slept in the chair. My door didn’t lock so whenever I left the room, anyone could’ve entered. The heater was dusty. Bathtub was nasty. I contemplated just sleeping in my car. Thats how terrible the room was.
