The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool area was awesome. The only issue was a moldy english muffin in the breakfast set up

To start out, I booked through hotels.com and it said they had cribs available. I made a note in the booking that I would need a crib. Upon arrival, the front desk didn't even know what a crib was and had to call management to ask what a crib is....and of course they didn't have any cribs at the hotel...they didn't even care about the huge inconvenience of our baby not having a crib, but did say they saw the note that we requested a crib in advance. They were extremely rude. The pool is FREEZING while the hot tub is barely luke-warm. The free continental breakfast was supposed to be until 9am, but we were told they were closing it by 8am. They put us in a handicapped room, even though we didn't request that and paid for a sweet. The shower head was broken. On the positive side, the room was fairly clean and comfortable, which is bare minimum considering the price of the room. Would not recommend or ever return.

Tv really sucked. They switched me to a different room which was a pain after you have been traveling all day. The tv in the second room was good however.

This was a good stay and easy to find. Staff was responsive and the room size is good for family of 4. The breakfast was not good and the setup is horrible as it is like trying to fit people in a closet.

Jets not working in the hot tub; heated pool was cold. Shower had only lukewarm water. Breakfast was okay.

It was very dirty, no hotel travel products like most do. Then to top it off after noticing the bathroom hadn’t even been cleaned they charged me 2x for a one night stay. Very rude and not professional at all

My stay was an emergency due to hurricane Helena and work. I appreciate it that they had a turkey auction because I'm allergic to pork. However the room had damages in the bathtub and they tried to paste it together and it didn't give a great look. The hallway had a smell to it but the front desk clerk was nice

I would 100% stay at this Comfort Inn and Suites again. I was a little concerned due to the terrible condition, smell, and uncleanliness of our prior stay at another CI&S just the night before in a different location. This staff was very friendly, accommodating, rooms very clean and beds were extremely comfortable.

Very courteous staff at counter. Room was clean and at the end of the hallway which made for a quiet stay. I would stay here again.

Arrived at 3;30 pm to check in. I was told the system was down and they had no idea when it would be up and running they cant make keys. I went next door to the Hampton Inn they make there keys "in house" had a nice stay.

Short trip. Friendly front desk. Comfortable sleeping and nice sized tv! Breakfast was good. Variety to pick from.
