Excellent experience, there was an event going on at that moment of a furry convention, but everyone were incredibly friendly and funny. I would recommend to show up during that time of the year

Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all.
I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂
Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport.

I booked my stay and in the description there were a tub shower combo and bath robes I arrived and the bathroom was about as big as an airplane bathroom, no tub, no robes wall was dirty and cracking. I did call and they I have us an excellent room in the end but spending $300 on a room you should not be in a dingy room.

Restaurant/bars open and close through the day rather inconvenient.
The place is gigantic, glad I wasn’t in the back wing. Long way to convention front door regardless.

No hot water in the entire building when I arrived. Also two fire alarm malfunctions in the same night waking up the entire hotel at midnight & 3 am.

It wasnt too much noise despite being 5 minutes from the Airport. Walking distance to the outlets and Parkway Bank Park literally 10 minutes Walking. Great place and even better stay!!

We stay there for conventions. Over the years, we have noticed a degradation with some amenities, most specifically the parking situation is unacceptable. Second food quality at breakfast brunch is really no longer as great as we remembered and price through the roof.

They made me feel like I was the only person in the hotel. They treated me so kindly from the driver on the transportation bus all the way to your housekeeping staff. I would definitely come back again and kudos. Especially to your chef and your waitresses. And waiters everything was top notch

Excellent stay, room clean, food choices for delivery or at the Starbucks in the lobby. Shuttle service to ORD very 15 minutes 24 hr Weight Room free weights and nautical with cardio machines. The Brunch was the best of fruit and choices. Love the fresh cooked eggs by chef. I will be back.
