It is always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. I enjoy it so much that I will be taking my husband to spend part of Christmas week for 2 nights. I want him to enjoy the Christmas decor that is so amazing. I have had to stay here when my husband has been in the hospital and it is time for him to enjoy it too.

We stay several times a year at Little America, usually in the tower. Our Hotels.com gift card put us in the courtyard at a much higher rate. The room was beyond small with no sofa and a tiny bathroom. Very disappointing. We checked in just before 3:00 pm, so it wasn't like they were out of rooms yet! Hotels.com cost was much higher than calling Little America direct!

Have stayed at this hotel 3 times and it never disappoints. Best time to stay is Christmas time. The decor is over the top gorgeous.

The rooms are very large, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is also quiet. Great value. Nicely situated in walking distance to great restaurants and activities. I would happily stay here again.

We always live staying at little America so close to public transit and if you want to just stay at the property plenty to do there as well

House keeping was friendly. Room was spacious. The floors were not very clean and the elevator was broken which made it difficult with out heavy luggage. Wish we were told that up front.

First they charged for parking. I was unaware they had this charge until I checked in. While it isn't a lot of money, this isn't some fancy hotel in a great resort or anything. Parking should be included in the cost of the stay. Next, their was hair on the sheets of the most uncomfortable bed I have had the displeasure of sleeping on. Lastly, the bathroom floor was dirty and the shower did not work. The shower has a pull knob on the bathtub faucet and when I pulled it up to turn on the shower the pull knob came off in my hand and the shower did not turn on. I was very disappointed, especially for the cost of the room.

Housekeeping put sheets on our bed that had a big hole/tear in them. No way they did not see it. It would’ve been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room. Restaurant service very slow.

The bathtub drain was very slow or very clogged!! And the swimming pool/hot tub was full of little kids. I wish they had something more for an adult

We always have a wonderful time there. We were pretty disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. That's one of the main reasons we stay there. We were disappointed no one told us that till we checked in.
Otherwise it is a beautiful, historic hotel right on the Trax line.
