Well located comfortable hotel. Service variable - some was excellent and some was poor. Japanese restuarant fantastic, Caribbean restaurant great food poor vibes.High service charges.

The ceiling air-conditioning unit in my Villa was leaking water. There was water leaking down to my personal belongings, in the bedroom and the bathroom. Slipped on water in bathroom. Ended up leaving early, and not staying the night in the villa. Overpriced and seriously needs updates.

There may or may not be a house car …we tried to use it twice and it wasn’t available. The hotel concierge clearly doesnt like his job and is just rude. Overall, the experience was bad enough that we just bailed and stayed somewhere else.
