I was tortured by a dog nonstop barking in a room across from mine. I was moved to a different floor where there was another bigger dog that barked loudly two rooms down from me. Then I was awakened at 0142h by someone ferociously pounding on my door. Worst night I ever spent in a hotel!

The room was super clean, and the staff friendly but the facility is old. The beds were comfortable and the pool/hot tub area is great though.

Upon arrival, staff members were out front smoking. Dirty room, bathroom had not been cleaned, TV remote didn't work. Shower pressure was so hard it stung! Staff said they had no maintenance available to help this weekend. Front counter staff had G-string showing. Terrible experience!

This hotel was incredibly dirty! We didn't even shower for the three days that we were there because the tub was absolutely filthy. It was full of hair and scum. The nightstand beside my bed have some gross congealed white liquid all down the side of the nightstand. The garbage cans were totally overflowing all around the hotel. The ice machine was broken. I would never ever stay here again!!

This hotel was incredibly dirty! We didn't even shower for the three days that we were there because the tub was absolutely filthy. It was full of hair and scum. The nightstand beside my bed have some gross congealed white liquid all down the side of the nightstand. The garbage cans were totally overflowing all around the hotel. The ice machine was broken. I would never ever stay here again!!

We checked in and then immediately left. The hotel itself is in terrible condition. The neighborhood was even worse. I would not recommend this hotel in any way, shape or form. I forfeited my room fees and went to a different hotel.

Everything was pretty dated in the room. Shower was dirty, we didn't get clean towels and the soap and shampoo was left over from the previous guests.

Outside of a cold AC, running water and a door that locks I could have slept in my car this place was gross. I had a handful of asks to front desk that went unanswered

The hotel was very dirty - floors in hall needed to be vacuumed. The entire place smelled like smoke. The comforter was very dirty but staff did replace quickly. Casino music was very loud until 4 am. Would not recommend place with children.

This hotel was filthy. Dried urine on the back of the toilet seat, the room smelled like an ash tray. The air conditioning unit change filter light was on and the air blowing out of it smelled like an ashtray. Outside the property were beer bottles and people “hanging out” drinking, smoking, partying and being loud. The absolute worst place I have ever stayed.

Old, not unkept. Charged 440 for a night because there was a concert. Would highly suggest not to book here. Beds were clean and it was a place to sleep but wouldn't suggest.

The staff and the breakfast were excellent. The property needed some TLC and repairs. Hairdryer didn’t work, but staff worked to fix what they could.

Kitchen entrance and kitchen floor was disgustingly dirty and area where breakfast served so dirty you stuck to it.
Breakfast was a very poor selection with no fruit or gluten free options other than yogurt.
Staff was ok. Not great.
Room was beautifully clean so kudos to room cleaning staff especially considering everything else being old, filthy and sad.
