Stay wasn’t brilliant, couldn’t sleep as thr couple next door was having intercourse at 2am in the morning, the walls are thin so can hear everything

Outdated rooms. Definitely need to be updated alongside bathrooms too

We had requested handicap friendly room for a person who is wheelchair bound. We did not get it. It took 2 hours to check in. The staff must be tired so they were not very friendly. We had very high opinion about crown plaza but were disappointed. The hotel was overbooked.

The shower was broke for the two days. No access to water. Had to ask for towels for 4 adults staying everyday. Long wait to check in. It is outside of the city but for us, that was exactly what we wanted since we are at the end of an 18 day trip and needed a place to rest for a couple of days. The food at the hotel restaurant was so good we ate there both nights after exploring Milan and Lake Como.

It took 2hrs to check in with only 2 very slow employees on the desk.
I specifically asked if there would be a working mini bar, is I had prepared food I needed to keep cool. I was told all rooms have a mini bar however we had to call room service for someone to replace the mini bar as it wasn’t cold it was warm.
