we arrived at the hotel at midnight. we had booked two rooms. one for 2 people and one for 3 people. the lady at the reception was very little service minded and seemed mostly annoyed that we had to check in.
upstairs in the rooms we had been given 2x double rooms. Back to reception where the lady said we should have written to them that we wanted 3 beds?? and cleaning had gone home for today. after some discussion we got the 3 bed we had bought and paid for.

It was my favorite hotel for my trip to Germany! The staff was lovely and helpful. Parking was excellent. Super comfortable and slept amazing. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious.

A very friendly hotel located within easy walking distance of the town centre while in a peaceful, leafy residential area. Breakfast was very varied and ample and they catered for all tastes.
Nice pool too, which wasn't used by many.

Overall very nice hotel. I would recommend and will stay there again. The staff is friendly but seemed understaffed so they rarely answer the phone and you likely have to go down the reception to talk to them. Great breakfast buffet. If you are in the summer make sure your room has AC as it get really hot. They charge extra fee for AC.
