Great front desk staff, very helpful and friendly. Overall super clean and comfortable. Close to ORD, reliable shuttle.Highly recommend.

We arrived to a VERY Friendly Hilton Representative! She went above and beyond. We recommend that she PLEASE be recognized for her helpfulness, friendliness and recommendations. You do not come across many folks that are as SPECIAL as Viviana!! I did send an additional email to the Chief Engineer at this Hilton location. I told Mr. Cedeno that Viviana was AMAZING!

We were a bit disappointed with the room's lack of sound insulation, as we could easily hear noise from the neighboring room. Additionally, we encountered spiders on the bed, which we had to remove multiple times. It would greatly improve the experience if the hotel could address these issues.

Read the small print in their instructions to get the name of the outsourced provider. Hampton Inn is not on the front of the van. It does appear as a small sign on the side of the van. I encourage Hampton Inn to highlight and forefront the name of the provider on their instructions.

I needed a place one evening before flying out the room was incredibly comfortable. Awesome bad good air condition. Awesome shower and the shuttle service to the airport was perfect.

First room had strange odor in it (musty/urine smell) kindly the staff reassigned us to a new room which was much better. Location is good , room was clean, safe place to sleep in our overnight in Chicago. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This was a very comfortable stay. It was a hot day and they gave us water. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. We stayed there for the airport shuttle, which was much appreciated. I would have no hesitation to stay there again.

Air conditioner stopped working in the middle of night at 3 am. No one fixed it even after filling a complaint. Poor service
