We had a glitch checking in, but it was resolved the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable. It needs a facelift, but nothing was broken. Breakfast was the usual; eggs, potatoes, various breads, waffles, bananas, and coffee. Friendly staff. Seasonal pool, so we didn't use it. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Wifi was fair, but had to keep signing in, up to 3 times a day.

The room was very pleasant and was clean. The parts (floor grout in bath) that seemed a little grody in spots I think was because of age, though? The woodwork (bath) could also have used a paint job.
The room was nicely appointed with micro, cupboards, a separate area w/ couch & t.v. (t.v. also in bedroom), and the bathroom totally enclosed. I thought the room suited our needs wonderfully. Great night's sleep, too.

Comfortable, spacious, and quiet; all needed for a good sleep. Breakfast was pretty good, with waffles, fruit, scrambled eggs, and potatoes. Plenty of cereal choices.

The staff was nice, the room had spiderwebs all over, wall paper falling off the walls, food crumbs all over the kitchen area, door trim was broken, discoloration in the ceiling, hallways were loud, water pressured just sucked, didnt really feel clean afterwards, the hallway smelled like sewer, we wont be going back to this hotel. For the price we paid it should have been better quality, very disappointed.

I really appreciated the firm, comfortable bed; we all slept very well. Also, the air conditioning was great as well as the price. The front staff (Corey, Jasmine, and Kurt) members were helpful, flexible, professional, and friendly. We plan to stay here again next year.

We switched rooms because curtains were slashed, phone & bathroom were dirty
New room ok but hall outside room was dark and very dim, elevator extremely dim also dirty. I know this is an older property but a little washing up and attention to detail would go a long way.

Breakfast was not good , not much choice and food not refilled . I was told that breakfast was until 9:30 and no more food at 9 PM. I ask if they will still refill food and told me they wont anymore since it closes as 9 AM.
Reasonable room/clean. easy check in. Otherwise OK for the price .

Positives: good location, near to restaurants, shopping, freeway, but not noisy. Free breakfast (terrible coffee though!), nice pool area (outdoor). Reasonable price. Nice having a small fridge and microwave.
Negatives: still has a motel feel with outdoor doors (doesn't feel as secure), rooms are dated and do not support any tech/devices that don't have a standard plug. Remote didn't work even after changing batteries.Nowhere to fill water bottles - have to buy water from vending machine or use the lobby fountain which wasn't very clean.

The front desk not friendly and doesn’t look well groomed. You are working as a front desk do please make your appearance presentable (do please no body odor plus dirty fingers plus face hair like you not have access to scissor). The furniture in the room very outdated. The ice bucket was dirty.
And my next door have a kid and I can hear till after midnight they talking or laughing. So it’s must be very thin walls no sound proof at all.
