We have mixed feelings about our stay. When we arrived, the person working the front desk took a personal call on their cell phone and checked us in while still talking on the phone - they got their ride at the end of their shift but we didn't get any information about the hotel and its amenities. We also noticed a blood stain on our duvet and had dirty towels and tabletops. The hotel facility was recently renovated and is fairly accessible, but we discovered that a neighboring former hotel was converted into a homeless shelter with encampments in the parking lot, which is unnerving when you have to drive past it after dark. While we never felt unsafe on the hotel's property, this hotel will need to start providing exceptional service in order to compensate for its evolving surroundings.

This is a nice hotel. It is clean, the staff is very nice. There is ample parking and there is 24 security on site. The only issue with this hotel is the area immediately around the hotel is sketchy. There is a former hotel around the corner that has been transformed into transitional housing for previously unhoused people. Unfortunately drugs and crime are commonplace in this area. Especially concerning is the continuous drug activity under the bridge immediately beside the hotel. With all oft his said, I never felt threatened or at risk. I felt comfortable parking my nice personal vehicle in the lot provided. I would probably stay here again.

I stayed here ONLY because it was close to a new job I was starting. There was no regular coffee available in my room. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work. You guys quit doing free breakfast, what a big disappointment! I used to like staying at Marriott’s, I will look for another hotel to stay.

Hotel did not have a working restaurant , bar or even offer the same ammonites as listed on the site. In a bad area of town. Beds not comfortable at all. The air could only be set no lower than 65. I like mine at 60 when sleeping. The luggage carts were a pain, the wheels were stuck and caused the luggage to drop in the floor. The elevator was tiny, hardly held the two of us and a luggage rack. Definitely would not recommend this hotel

Location is the downside. Industrial area and homeless people right outside the property. Not a place where you walk anywhere.

Excellent staff, who went out of their way to help. We had a lot of camping equipment strapped to our roof and were worried to leave it in the parking lot. They gave us a room where we could check on the equipment from our room.

The hotel itself is fine, clean and comfortable but the location though near Central Park is not good. It’s across train tracks at the edge of an industrial park and is not walkable to anything.

Right around the hotel feels safe and clean, but even a block away it is pretty dirty and the local 7-11 felt pretty unsafe with people asking for money and knocking on my car window as I drove away. I would stay again here, but I would not go into the local neighborhood.

It’s a fine hotel with new finishes. The breakfast kitchen was out of 2 items so they were unable to make the item we wanted. The location is terrible. It sits right next door to a homeless shelter.

I thought I gave my thought earlier but after 4night staying I end up disappointed about there restaurant and room service and I stayed 4nights without cleaning our both rooms and it’s bad front desk specially both ladies are not professional.

My room had 20-30 moths in the room I had to hand swat. One of the days the hotel had fire alarms going off and could not bare the sound in my room.
