Hotel was right next to the train station and in the heart of Interlaken. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The included breakfast was very nice and helped keep the costs down.

Can't think of a negative thing to say about Hotel Bernerhof! We thoroughly enjoyed two nights here and only wished we stayed longer in Interlaken. Found it to be very reasonably priced for high tourist season. Everyone from the front desk people to the breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was just what we needed to explore the area everyday and come back for a good night's rest. The view from our balcony was amazing, the shower worked well and the AC was efficient to cool us down in the heat of August. Location cannot be beat, right across from the Interlaken West train station (less than 5 min walk) and smack in the middle of all shopping and eating. We would definitely stay here again!

Traveling is often difficult and exhausting. Switzerland travels especially in mountainous areasIt makes me even more tired. This hotel is so accessible from the station.

Also a very quiet room with its own balcony overlooking the mountains. Friendly and helpful staff. Each room in the hotel seems to have its own balcony offering beautiful views. Our stay was pleasant, quiet, rooms are on the small side, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast included. Front desk very helpful in planning area travel. Location is great, across the street from Interlaken West train station, easy walk to many restaurants.
